IN-N-OUT Burgers first open it's doors in 1948 in a town of Baldwin Park, California by Harry and Esther Snyder. Today the chain of fast food restraint has over 427 location with 27,000 employees. It is still a family owned business. Lynsi Snyder is the granddaughter of the Snider and is the third generation owner with plans to keep IN-N-OUT Burgers in the family.
