@@joleenlinks7513 you just look on the mirror every morning and just like yourself - focus on all the good points but don’t stress or try and make things happen … I’m not saying it will make you six inches taller or anything but the more you do this you’ll find subtle changes - it’s all about consciousness- as you believe so you shall see . And you have more compliment a that’s how you know it’s working . Work on what you have instead of focusing on what you don’t like - that applies to all areas of your life . Hope that helps …

then why can you use the true mirror instead of the mirror we always use i wonder if its more effective. the mirror that we use is not the true mirror there is one called true mirror where when look at them self either they like it or they hate it.
