Just finished this new, original collection of fairy tales, entitled 'Sillies, Fancies, and Trifles' - it was phenomenal and just perfect for the season. You guys will love it, I'm sure. What's everyone else reading, I want some more recommendations to add to the lovely ones here. Keep up the beautiful videos :)

Omg I love that book. I haven't read it in like over a decade though so maybe I'll have to get to it again. I haven't seen the film adaptation either yet 👀

I'd love a poetry video as I'm also at a similar point in my getting into poetry journey!
I'm currently a bit stuck in the middle of Ours and have similar feelings about it, loving it but also getting a bit bogged down...

Oh I'm glad it's not just me! If you do power through, I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether you found the journey worth it.
Will add adventures in poetry to the potentials list 😊

I think your experience with the Sarah J. Maas books are exactly why I won't pick them up. I'll probably think they're not so well written, but I'll still be super invested in the story, and really I just rather read other books, but also I want to know how it continues..
So I reckon I'll probably just read it in 20 years or so, and then consider it a cult classic🤣

I'm surprised the ACOMAF video didnt do so well. I tuned in for you to dunk on it and stayed for the pacing

I think it's maybe just a very small portion of my audience who give a shit about ACOTAR one way or another 😅

Sorry to got punished for your adventure into romantasy. But I have to admit that I didn't watch that video either and I usually watch all of your videos (because I love them). The reason for skipping it was that I'm watching booktube for maybe twelve years now and it was so hard to find channels talking about literary fiction. There are billions of channels out there for romance and fantasy books, but it was so hard to find this niche and now I'm glad that the algorithm learned what I like and makes the right suggestions (that's how I found you). It still ignores black owned channels most of the time, but that's a completely different topic for another day.
