Report:
On 03/18/2022,
While on uniform downtown bike patrol officers noticed a white male in a white tank top take a bladed fighting stance to one of the employees in front of a local bar. The suspect then climbed on top of one of the metal barricades that forms a line for the business. The suspect also had another male with him that was attempting to remove the male in the white tank top from downtown.
Officer attempted to make contact with the suspect and gave verbal commands to stop. The suspect then turned in the opposite direction and ran away from the officer. Officers gave chase on foot. The suspect then turned into the business BB&T. Officer then deployed his taser, it did not effect a change in behavior and officer deployed the taser a second time. The taser did not effect a change in the fleeing subject. Officer then holstered his taser and continued to give chase on foot with the suspect crossing the parking lot of BB&T. Once assisting officers arrived. The suspect reversed direction. As the suspect was running the officer was able to make contact with the suspect on the sidewalk and executed a double leg takedown on the suspect. After the suspect was on the ground the officer mounted his back and implemented the handcuffing method for getting arms out from under a prone suspect. Once the suspect was placed into handcuffs all force was ended.
The suspect was then barred by two local bars for a period of two years. The suspect was then searched and transported to the jail by an assisting officer.

Suspect was released by signature bond(no cost)
2 months later He was arrested in another county for Shooting a k9 multiple times.
The k9 survived but sadly had to have one leg amputated.

I worked in juvenile detention for a while, they will throw out all the charges, use a lower charge, slap on the wrist 90% of the time

They’re “special” 😂 I’d bet money they ride the short bus to school. The way they’re talking to each other in front of the police they’re simpleminded. It’s kind of sad but at the same time they’re the ones you enjoy seeing get punched.
I came to that conclusion when the cop was asking if he wanted to bring the stuff in his pockets to jail or leave it with his brother. He turned that super-simple question into a 5-minute conversation. With a job, this is the guy who wanders around and does nothing all day, does a great job of looking busy whenever the boss is around (his spider-sense tingles when the boss is around), and then get fired after 6 months when somebody finally figures out that he does nothing. And he thinks he got screwed when actually he got 6 months worth of wages for basically nothing.
This reminds me of the Murdaugh family from SC.
The kid is a sociopath. He will be in jail most of his life, so sad.
Well for the next 15 years yes he will be in jail assuming these sentences are running concurrently.

He did get arrested for shooting a police K9.
He went to his girlfriend's house and threatened people inside with a gun.
The police were called, and he fled the scene before they arrived.
He was found in the woods near the girlfriend's/ex-girlfriend's house, where he shot at officers, shooting the dog.
Police returned fire. He was shot, but recovered and arrested.
A child that has had no boundaries, no discipline, has never heard the word no.

In May 2022, Levi Bryant entered the home of his girlfriend (or ex girlfriend), brandishing a firearm and threatened multiple people inside - the police were called and Bryant fled into the nearby woods - he was located first by a police K9, Kai, and was the first to disengage his fire arm as he was approached by officers, shooting the K9, and was subsequently fired back at by Northside Gwinnett police, and was struck, given first aid and taken to the hospital - Kai was brought to the animal hospital and subsequently had to have his leg amputated. (Judge sided with the state at the hearing). Considering this was March 2022, and he was already on felony probation, I’d say it’s highly likely he finally got to find out what real prison is like 🤷♀️

*Levi Kennedy Bryan* was the subject of an officer-involved shooting in May on Pine Lane in Gwinnett County. He was later shot by law enforcement, according to the GBI. He's in Gwinnett County Detention Center without bond.
Before the shooting, Bryan was allegedly involved in a domestic incident in a Gwinnett County neighborhood.
Bryan's charges include:
- 2 counts of aggravated assault against law enforcement
- 2 counts of aggravated assault
- 2 counts of possession of firearm during commission of or attempt to commit certain crimes
- Unlawful entry into building or vehicle felony
- Harming a law enforcement animal
- Burglary 1st degree
- Possession of pistol or revolver by person under 18
Kai, the 2-year-old Belgian Malinois injured in the shooting, was discharged from North Georgia Veterinary Specialists to go home with his handler. K9 Kai was shot multiple times, Gwinnett County police said.
Gwinnett County Police Department went at around 10:20 p.m.t to a neighborhood off of Braselton Highway after reports of a domestic incident in which a man threatened a woman with a handgun.
The GBI said Bryan had entered the home with a gun and threatened people inside, including his girlfriend. Someone forced Bryan to leave before officers arrived.
The GBI said officers saw Bryan in the woods behind houses on Pine Lane, and Bryan fired his gun, shooting K9 Kai.
Officers shot Bryan, who was hospitalized.
I looked him up, Levi Bryan got a 15 year sentence with 8 to serve and 7 years probation. It says his release date is 5/23/30.

In other states if you violate felony probation, especially with another felony, your butt gets revoked fast enough to give you whiplash. No more juvie, this POS needs to experience adult gen pop. When I was a. kid in the south, they still had chain gangs working the roads and clearing ditches. Maybe a good idea to bring them back?

They had prisoners doing something similar here in Oregon. Except here they were trustee’s so were not in chains and they would pick up litter along highways and roads. Gave them a chance to get out of jail for a few hours and actually pocket 1.00 an hour. The inmates loved the program and we liked to be known as a garbage free state. Fast forward to today. Because the majority of the inmates were not white and it supposedly sent the message to those driving by and seeing them that only people of color committed crimes and that was not something the social justice warriors thought was a good look. So, because the freeway prison crews were mostly non white they just ended the program. The public lost out on clean streets and roads and the prisoners lost out on a little money and temporary freedom. Perfect example of liberalism gone nuts.
I am 73. I remember the jail work gangs. They walked up and down the ditches with weed slings, shovels , hoes,rakes. Cleaning up weeds and trash.. the guards had shotguns.

Why did the bars ban him for two years? He's 17 and isn't allowed in the bars for another four years anyway. And even with a fake ID there is no way he looks 21 and the bars were negligent for letting him in. The officer was the one who said two years was the maximum time allowed to be barred from the bar...the bar employee did say (was a little hard to hear) that basically it didn't matter because he was under 21 and couldn't come in the bar....and yet he did with a fake id.
Because,if he comes back they can tack on trespassing.

So I guess it 8 years in prison with seven suspended or maybe that is his estimated release date based on good behavior and time served. Either way his sentence was 15 years and I doubt he will make it 7 years on probation given his criminal history.
