Even after watching the movie for so long. I still can't forgive that guy who sacrificed everyone.
I don’t think anyone would forgive that selfish prick.
But you gotta admire the actor that played him.
NO ONE can forget his brave-ass (pun intended)
He puts others before himself, what a great guy👌
The guys are attacking me that’s crazy
Bruh the pregnant woman’s husband, or sang wa or whatever his name was- was basically carrying that entire train
Change my mind
That actor, Ma Dong Seok, was also casted for a Marvel movie - The Eternals. So we should all go support him there too.
the man was an absolute legend
Can't change the mind of something l agree with
Right?! Dude's badass! Lol
Nah, main dude still MVP for me.
Okay but can we talk about that baseball guy's and cheerleader's love for each other? Absolutely beautiful how they both sacrificed for each other
@shawk Yes but the girl went with the baseball guy when everyone wanted them out of the train car because they could have been infected so she was willing to take the risk to stay with him and he wanted to stay with her even if she was tuning into a zombie it was really sad but cute and beautiful how close their friendship was (i say friendship because that is how it is portrayed in the film but it could have been a love connection)
Ikr so cute
Bro that’s why i came here

Apparently this film had a lot of significance about social hierarchy in Republic of Korea. The selfishness of the rich, the sacrifice of the poor and civil servant (train conductor), etc. I think this director's other film (Parasite) expands more on that.
I love Parasite. An amazing film.

I’m someone who can’t stand horror / scary movies, yet this is one of my favorite movies. The action is well-paced & thrilling, but it’s the characters and themes that’s really the heart. Zombies might attack you, but the real thing that makes / breaks our spirits are people
our main character, the baseball team who kept holding the door so everyone could escape, sanghwa, the homeless man and the conductor are so selfless it actually hurts watching them die😭
Love how the pregnant lady always made sure the kid was in hand or next her at all times. And the fact everyone sacrificed themselves (instead of the bastard) for them to survive
That one guy did more harm then the zombies in the second half of the movie.
I know right
The bastard was kind of an asshole but you can sympathize with him, as he has to take care of his dying mother.

That guy with his pregnant wife was a legend literally he fought with them bare hands and sacrifices himself.
Moral of the movie: there are 2 types of ppl in the world
1. Who sacrifices themselves for many other lifes .
2. Who sacrifices many others lifes for themselves.
This movie was not even scary it was just sad, the dad remembering his child’s birth before turning the other father holding all the zombies was badass he desserves a grave with tons of flowers the guy that kept sacrificing everybody made me want to go in the movie and stab him to death. And the boy not wanting to accept his girlfriend dying and hugging her til his death was sad
I don’t think i’ve ever seen a scary zombie movie, most of them just use zombies as like a side conflict, and put humans against each other
the father was really selfless

12:58 you forgot the part that the sang-hwa named his baby, before he turned into a zombie, the most saddest part- its like, everytime i watch zombie or horror movies, i see it as a sad movie instead of horror 👹
The fact that all of the zombies in the second station where the soldiers that were supposed to secure it made it feel much more horrifying. Like those were thousands of fully armed soldiers and all of them were beaten and turned, adding more zombies and becoming the danger.
imagine the soldier zombies had enough knowledge to be able to use weaponries…
@@Serapher that would be even more scary

@@Serapher yeah, but if you only knew south Korea has an extreme strict using of guns, even soldiers and police are not excempted, so maybe this why they failed to secure and if you can notice, there are only riot shields (and you can't find any guns) or things that usually been using when there is a riot. This only my opinion why South Korea was overruned by the zombies in the movie.

The old man had an impressive ability to sacrifice others for his own survival
What I loved about this movie was the intelligence of the people covering their forearms. You don’t see that enough in zombie movies
Train to Busan is one of the greatest zombie movies ever made. The plot and themes it explores are fantastic, the characters are brilliantly portrayed by their respective actors, the action and gore are wholly appropriate for a zombie film without going needlessly overboard, and the emotional moments in it are second to none.
