I always wanted to take my mom on a pilgrimage to Lourdes, but she is now too ill to travel. I ask the Blessed Mother and St. Bernadette to pray for my mom, a retired pediatric transplant nurse who blessed many lives. Amen. 🙏

I've been to Lourdes during my life about 20 times and have seen Bernadette several times in Nevers. Pray for us now in the hour of our need because of the pandemic.

I have planned to give myself a special birthday present in 2017; and had a sudden appendectomy. Never made it or planned another one. Glad my mom, and two of my sisters take my mom to Lourdes. I love and consider Saint Bernadette my favorite saint. When I feel really low, I watch the movie depiction of St Bernadette and can be assured I feel much better. I hope I can make the trip someday very soon.

I admire how Bernadette was strong enough at so young an age not to be intimidated by all the unbelievers, even her parish priest. Would that our world leaders had this strength of character.
Am glad to have watched this today being the Feast of St. Bernadette. Am grateful to my parents for having named me Bernadette after such a wonderful Saint. Am grateful to God for my Catholic faith and my great granduncle who accepted it and intitated my grandfather and his generation afterwards into it. May your name be praised forever more Oh God! A picture of a man showed me.
He walked alone in the desert.
He turned to me,
If he could sees me.

A saw a light When I wanted to go to sleep.
I didnt want to follow it, didnt want to go inside there!
Compulsive i stayed awake.
Till i fighted fear and decided me for the light.
I thought I would die.
Now the time is coming for me.
I was opened for everything and nothing.
I opened After Long darkness my eyes.
And was for 1000 Songs and their lyrics and notes prepared.
Understanding all in just a second.
And if i am only the only body nearby
I know i am not alone!
And it Feels so cozy and warm.

Thank you...! Bernadette is like a sister from me... I love her! When I was a child, my grandma showed me the mysterie from Bernadette... And it was Mother Mary who showed me the Ave Maria (nobody showed me that or want from me that Im learning this), it was herself who wished that Im learning this words. I did. It was in a little, little book... And I knew, its this page I have to learn to speak the words (The Holy Ave Maria). Nobody was talking with me about that. And many years after, i reconized that it is a part from the Holy Rosary. So I understud that it was Mary herself who showed me the Ave Maria... And her son, our Lord with the Father, who are supporting it! Sorry for my English... God bless you all! Amen.
I was called after Bernadette and had the privilege of visiting the shrines of France with a group a few years ago and while at the church in Nevere where Bernadette reposes I was asked to read at the Mass our Priest celebrated. It was such an honour and really impacted me hugely. Blessed we are to have such a good human being to look up to. Thank God. Bernadette.
This is the most awesome place on earth. I shall never forget this feeling of wholeness that I found in Lourdes where I felt peace and the presence of Bernadette and indeed the presence of Our blessed virgin. A most godly place to be.

There is very little compassion, care and thought for others, everyone so busy, selfish, filled with pride and no morals, and absolutely no time for prayers, and a lot of disrespect for Our Jesus and His and Our Holy Mother Mary. Oh How You Lord Jesus loves the poor, humble and pure of hearts, souls and minds. Inspired greatly with the humility, poverty, innocence, faith, joy and love of Your little St Bernadette, install in me/us these virtues My loving and Merciful Good and Kind Jesus, along with Your, and Mine/Our Blessed Lady and Mother to All. Help me/us to lead a good life of humility and love, because this is the way to You. Through life, I know, that You are forever present in all my/our doings. Help me I plead with You Dearest Jesus to become a little St like Bernadette. Let me offer You all my sufferings, prayers and the little good I do, to help my brothers, sisters and children to obtain the deep love and devotion You so rightly deserve, and also to save some soul from committing a Mortal sin, and blaspheme against Your Holy Mother. My Jesus and Mary, save souls.
To Prevent 'ONE' Mortal Sin
If everyday we begged Mary for grace to hinder one mortal sin, what year's service to God and souls.
O Mary Immaculate Mother of Jesus, we beseech thee, offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son to prevent at least one mortal sin from being committed somewhere in the world today. Amen
Trust Him when dark doubts assail thee, Trust Him why thy strength is small, Trust Him when to simply Trust Him seems the hardest thing of all. This IS truly a beautiful prayer.
Your will be done! Lord, let me know Your will for me, let me praise You every hour. Let me feel Your spirit move me, and be subject to Your power. Let me serve You here below fulfilling every task, surrendering myself to You Observing all You ask. Let me toil in endless labour, or be laid aside to just be still. Let me preach Your Holy Gospel boldly, or submit to Your will. Show me how to be obedient, how to spend my days in prayer. Make me humble before my neighbour, teach me how to love and care. Grant to me the grace to suffer, faith that I may always stand sure. Give me hope to seek Your kingdom a heart to love and serve the poor. When my earthly life is over receive this humbled soul of mine, to Your throne in Heavenly splendour, that I may adore You for all time. Amen. God Bless Everyone. St. Bernadette was my patron saint that I chose when I was baptized and confirmed into the Catholic Church in 2010. I read the book, Holy Life by Patricia A. McEachern, Ph.D. The book is full of the writings of St. Bernadette. I also suffer chronic pain, and try to get inspiration from St. Bernadette on how she suffered for Christ.
