Super easy too… any goofball could do it. 2 hours at 350 degrees with whatever run u like. Comes out perfect every time.

My grandfather was a great pit master and once told me when I was a young girl that really good BBQ don't need any sauce. And if you do sauce just brush on because when drowned in sauce it just ruins the taste of the meat.
