I actually just bought one today. Never got around to buying one for myself, back in the day. Bought one for my girl (now ex) and, one for our son. But finally decided to get one to add to the game collection.
@@kbgamezone9680 thank you! That's one of the reasons why I bought it. Also cause I did enjoy playing my son's. He heard I bought one. Now he's looking where he put his in his room, lol.
I still have the game boys in n working order my age 71yr I bought them from my daughters back in the day my wife still plays with the Nintendo Xl I have the small Nintendo ds and have just started playing chess master
@@itranscendencei7964 no, depends on what cartridge you have that is compatible with the kernel. for example wood isn't compatible with some cartridges because they are unknown. yes it can use a different kernel to remove the timebomb but you have to see first if it's compatible with your cartridge or not because it isn't made for every single cartridge in the universe.
The DS sucks Most games would've been a lot better to play without the touch screen or they could've made games a choice whether you want to play with buttons or the touch screen

Congratulations! In a few years, it might be hard to find one.

That's truly fortunate. You can play games together with your son. enjoy.....

Enjoy ya
Does the R4 cartridge has a timebomb?
Some do, some don't.
You can easily get rid of any time bomb by just installing a different kernel that doesn't have one.
@@itranscendencei7964 depends on what cartridge you have
I thought the time bomb was just on the kernel level, and can just be easily removed. No?
