I have occasionally used toothpaste and a tooth brush, also I used to have a 10k white gold necklace that I would soak/wash in sudsy ammonia solution, and that seemed to work well (the solution would always be darker after) and the chain would be shiny again…. Any thoughts on ether of these for shining glod that is not 24k? If this plastic is something that you have found to work best on 24k would it be the same with 18k? Beautiful work! I’m a welder and live watching jewellery making.
