You only need a hole if there is liquid inside it otherwise your fine

I am planning to do a similar sort of thing with 18ct white gold. I am concerned about the material not springing back (the metal being annealed in the process of soldering it is quite plastic and seems to lack elasticity) the material is 0.5mm thick and 5mm wide.
If I heat it and let it cool without quenching will that harden it?
Any advice?

А знаешь почему!Потому что арычок для закрепки сверху который напиливается для пластины вот язычок зафиксировать и после этого спалить язычок ,а вообще нужно все ровненько спелить сравнить допилить а после уже язычок подгонять ,а так хорошая работа у него в полне отлично сейчас 95% литье замки только отливают ,в ручную делают и только шитанные, только языки сами делают что бы была фиксация твёрдая

Трубку тянуть долго металла надо больше, проще зернику сделать подпилить и просверлить, тем более что зернинку всеравно делать)) не эфективно... Открывать надо большим пальцем... Как бы вы талкивая язык с кнопкой от руки....
