I have an older version 45 qt Pelican without the wheels and my drain plug has started to leak a little. I've seen other reports online about drain plug leaks. I think the drain plug on these are a weak point. Mine has never done exceptionally well on ice retention either. Mine also glows like a lantern if you put a light inside in a dark room. I've heard that means the insulation is not that good. I just bought a new 65 qt Rtic cooler in the Seafoam green color and you cannot see any light coming through the sides or anywhere.
