Another great podcast. Love all of the makes and ideas. Amazing birthday wool, have fun with it. Working a couple Jethros and was on the fence with the poncho. Love it, thank you for the push. I’m primarily a knitter but loving all of the granny trends out there. Fast and fun for my market makes. Bonus is that it uses more wool to break down some stash. See you next time!
Thank you Tami! I've been enjoying seeing your makes on instagram 😍 Hope you're having lots of fun with your crochet and that things go well with your market makes too 😁💕
Gorgeous Podcast with so many amazing fos and projects. I love everything you lovely girls knit. Keep healthy and🤞Tracy isn’t getting a wool allergy! ❤❤❤

Congrats on meeting this milestone, ladies! I will celebrate right along with you - maybe even with a glass of wine! 🍷 😉. I’ve been watching you since the very beginning and I still enjoy every single episode. You’re all fabulous knitters and I find inspiration each time I watch.
Always a real treat to see a video from you two lovely ladies! You know you are going to get real inspiration from all your beautiful work and ideas for new projects! I make a note as we go along! Always lovely to see your pups come for a visit too! Don’t ever worry about crackling bags and work noises- not bothered at all! You are so talented and so lovely to watch. Thank you xx
I saved your episode to watch it on my relaxing Sunday knitting afternoon and I enjoyed having you both hang out with me. All of your makes are wonderful to see but when Tracy showed her new granny square WIP, I said to myself “I knew she would make one” 😂 I’m tempted as well to start one. Yes, last minute yarn shop visits are the best. xx
💗🏠so glad to see you both this morning!!!! 💕 Su h insoration in every podcast!!!! Love it all!!! Great moonlite shawl !!!i must get the pattern !!!!saw Ali's and frans and now yours!!! Love kristy scarf !!!such great 😃 ideas!!! Happy belated birthday !!!perfect day for a yarn shop visit!!! Elaine,💕
Loved this episode. Of course now my cast ons have increased :). I'm currently trying to catch up on my last cast on party I had and am working on both my Tolsta Tee where I used a random stripe generator on google, my Boardwalk Tee and a Saturday Saunter Tee. Thank you both for taking the time to share your projects and crinkling, dogs, and outside workers aren't a bother at all. Hope you both have a great few weeks until a new episode is up. Take care. Tracy I hope you were able to figure out the culprit causing the rash.
Thanks so much Sharon! 😁 A cast on party sounds like so much fun and I love the idea of random stripe generator 😍 Hope you are enjoying working on your tees, happy knitting! 💕
Love your little blond headed guest. Just too cute. You both have incredible projects. Love seeing your podcasts. Oh, and don’t worry about a crinkling bag. It’s not loud.
How wonderful it is to watch you both shine….and see all the fabulous crochet, knitted and hand spun delicious things …..did I mention how very proud I am of you …my darling girls 🤗😘xx
It was so fun spending time with you today. I love seeing the pups. All the project were so beautiful, all the colors that you two put together are just gorgeous. Even the hand dyed had a are so pretty. I'm not a crocheter, I have done a little, but when I saw that poncho, I thought I should have that😂. So I may be giving it a go. Crinkling didn't bother me, and I never heard any worker noises. Take care
Ah Thank you! We are never sure if the noises can be heard or not so thanks for letting us know 😊 If you do decide to pick up some crochet we hope you have lots of fun with it! 💕
Always look forward to your episodes. Kristy, I was watching Two Purls in a Pod and the booties that Paige knit made me think of you and Hudson. He k out Baby Hug boots. Free pattern and I have already cast some on for friends expecting twins. Tracy, that rainbow cowl just makes me happy. It is so bright and cheerful.
Hi ladies, love seeing all your content - & that surprise guest! 😂 Reminded me of the guys I went to High School with in the 70s, lol! That hair, I mean! 😅 Love everything you show but was particularly struck by that crochet shawl, Tracy - such a stunner! I'm still watching as I write. Just stopped for a coffee. Here in NZ, Kirsty - we have 8 (DK) 10 & 12 ply, 14ply is referred to as chunky. Gets confusing for some when the weights are different in various countries. ❤ ❤ ❤
Thanks so much Bronwyn! The puppies hair is very 70s 🤣 Yes I thought the weights were described differently but wasn't sure so thanks for letting me know. Hope you have a lovely weekend! 😊💕
I was drooling over your Woolly Waffle Kirsty!! Those colours!! It would be such a pity if you were allergic to your gorgeous Whitmore Tracy! 😢 And who doesn't love a puppy appearance?! They are adorable! ❤❤
Im so happy you like your yarn Tracy 🥰 It’s named after a Butterfly 🦋 I love watching your podcast, however I seem to add to my list to make a far bit! 😂
Hey Tracy check the knitters pride replacement band for your wool winder. A lot of their stuff is made in the same factory as Lykke so they may be compatible. Loved the episode. Thanks to you both for taking the time to make such a great video. Stay well
Another wonderful podcast girls ! You both get through so much knitting and crochet it’s amazing. I love all your projects and yarn you use. Come the day I can spin like you Kirsty such lovely colours and yarn❤️. I always watch at least twice so I know I haven’t missed anything lol. I do think you could have a pup spot on your blog to, I love seeing them, though only one this time. They are very well behaved. My 2 springers would mangle everything in a heartbeat lol. I’m going to look at the tennis socks pattern right now, I love them ! Looking forward to seeing you soon, and thank you both for all the content you put into these blogs, take care xx
Thanks so much Sharon! 😁 So glad you like seeing the Puppies, they do like to get up close and see what's going on 😂 Thanks for spending time with us, hope you've had a good start to your week and happy knitting! 💕
Another lovely podcast, ladies, thank you. Love the crochet Moonlit shawl (also saw it on lovely FrannyDo Makes) and the mosaic knit Moonlit Path shawl 🌙💛 Congratulations to the winner of the beautiful mini skeins! Happy crafting 🙂
Thank you so much for an inspiring podcast once again, and the clear lay out of the designs you have used. I marvel at what you both accomplish from podcast to podcast!
New subscriber here. Love the podcast. I'm vanilla sock knitting currently and your podcast is the perfect accompaniment to prevent boredom. (I keep my more adventurous projects for the colder months).
Love the podcast, and I haven’t crochet in decades…..but I’ve just bought the granny square poncho pattern, just need to remind myself how to crochet, this is my second pattern buy after seeing your makes, the other was is the Ramona cardi, I’m knitting the Riptide slipover at the moment, I only have one project on the go at any time, as I’m relatively new to knitting.
Thank you! 😁 I hope you have lots of fun with your crochet. If you need reminding there are lots of tutorials on RUclips ☺️ Hope you have a great weekend! 💕
This is my first time stopping by, but I will definitely watch again. I just ordered the exact same wool from Oxford to make a nightshift shawl! I am learning to spin on my ashford espinner but it’s slow progress so I’m going to change what I’m spinning with to something a little more coarse as it just seems too slippy. I enjoyed this, thank you 😊
Thanks so much for spending time with us! Hope you have fun knitting your Shawl! 😁 I recommend some corriedale wool tops for spinning. It has I nice toothiness to it but still bouncy and soft 💕
I’m always amazed by the amount of lovely FO’S you ladies make each podcast. Lots of lovely inspiration from you both, I just need 12 more sets of hands to knit all the things lol.👍😅😂🧶🧶
Fab podcast (as always)! As a crocheter, I am loving all the crochet too! I’ve just started Persian tiles but I’m very slow as so many other WIPs on the go. Good luck with all those granny square ends!! 😬😬
So wonderful when you both come for a visit Kirsty and Tracy. Beautiful handspun Kirsty. That bubblegum pink! I’m sorry to hear you may be unable to use your manual spinning wheels. Thank goodness for spindles and e-spinners! Tracy, love your crochet poncho/sweater. Really looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Happy belated birthday! xo
Oh ladies! Thanks for the mention and omg that shawl is gorgeous Tracey! They are definitely addictive, you make me want to do another one! That wool kitchen yarn is a stunner! Xx
😁 Thanks for spending time with us! I loved seeing yours and think the contrast edging works really well 😍 I have already started making one too now, it's a super quick project! Hope you are doing well and having a good day xx

Hi girls just watched Needles at the Ready with Kevin and Ray. You should check it out they gave you a lovely mention. I think it was about 1hour 50 mins in 😘😘😘
Girls the "skein" is not a skeen it is a skane if you look up your oxford dictionary I know some American and Canadian Podcasters are saying skeen but it is incorrect - Love your podcast no offense meant💕 I am 75 years old and it has been Skein "skane" all my life until I started to hear otherwise on some Podcasts
Ah yes, I do always get confused with which way it's said. It's a fairly new word for me. I will probably keep saying it wrong as sometimes I struggle to remember what it is I even wanted to say 😅 Thanks for spending time with us!
I am looking for a sock pattern that is the easiest ever written and plain . I have only ever knitted tube socks without shaping but want to progress on to proper shaped socks so will be an absolute sock beginner. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.
Hi Tina, when I was starting to knit socks I was unable to find a pattern that was easy. Instead I watched tutorials on RUclips and this made the written instructions make sense. I would recommend checking out The Crazy Sock Lady on RUclips. Hope this helps 😁

Hi Ladies. Lovely podcast as always. Just to let you know Tracey that the band broke on my Lykke winder too. I contacted Lykke direct and they were really helpful and sent me a free replacement. It took a couple of weeks to arrive but that's not a problem. Take care, Donna.
Thanks Donna! That's brilliant that you were sent a replacement, I'll give that a try too! Hope you are having fun with your knitting! 😁💕

Just found and started following you over on insta
