Its not perfect but it's a huge help and only a couple of dollars. Paint in caps is the bane of my existence. 😅 I keep a tall trashcan and strong spray bottle on hand and squirt the tops out over the can and a dab on a towel. Its the easiest, fastest way I've found. Of course, if they don't seal well, they'll end up that way anyway. Only tips I know are to give it some taps all around where the cap connects and threads to help break it up (heavy taps but not too hard or the plastic will warp). Soaking the cap in some not too hot water might work if that doesn't. Good luck removing it.
