For the dried blackcurrants........ do you really mean blackcurrants (fruit from Ribes plants) or do you mean what in English are "currants" (dried grapes, sometimes called Zante currants or Corinth-style raisins)?

Blackcurrants... but you could substitute with raisins! :-)
