Kids are finding his music, I noticed Kate Bush is starting to get a resurgence right now and I think Bowie will rise like a phoenix to entertain and make kids think.

He spent significant time in the states developing relationships with Motown artists. He was one of the first artists to legitimately cross over to soul without changing his own style.

I lived a few streets away from David Bowies childhood home in Brixton when this came out. What a time, watched him on Top Of The Pops from Life on Mars onwards. Truly Golden Years. He also sang this on Soul Train
Bowie loved to take on different identities during his career. He was Ziggy Stardust, and Aladdin Sane, and Halloween Jack, and he ended up as the Blind Prophet.
