"Creative freedom is power," said Lady Gaga and I agree, but Katherine could alter this by saying that the creative process is accumulative. A learning process. She is an excellent, articulate student of her own work!

While Katherine Bradford is not the most energetic speaker, her review of her art developed is riveting. I find her approach to overcoming the burden of art history completely fascinating. The challenge of using representation and not getting trapped by past associations is a major challenge for any artist. The solutions she developed over the years are still unique and fresh.
