    Pretty simple
    1.5% front end
2-5% yield spread back end if a broker

Well, mortgage brokers are not making anything right now because nobody’s taking out loans or buying houses. I know because my friend was in the mortgage business for 20 years and she’s leaving to go sell insurance because there’s nobody buying houses. In good times, it’s easy to make six figures in that industry.. i made 3% on every loan and beat everyone else’s rates. Min $10k/mo.

i have one question . i’m really interesting in getting my first home in this house right behind my apartment. Not confident in wining the biding war . Would it be worth it to go without a broker or should i approach the house with one ?

Thanks for subscribing and for your question! It's great that you're looking to get your first home. In a competitive bidding war, having a broker can be really beneficial-they can offer expert advice, negotiate on your behalf, and help you navigate the process more smoothly. If you're not feeling confident, I’d recommend working with a broker to increase your chances of success. Good luck!

Thank you for your kind words! We're glad you enjoyed the video. In general, earnings can vary widely based on several factors, but typically, real estate brokers might earn higher commissions per transaction compared to mortgage brokers due to the larger sums involved in property sales. However, mortgage brokers can close more transactions in a given period. It really depends on the market and individual performance. Thanks for watching!

@@MortgageBusinessAcademyas a prospective mortgage I view it as volumetric vs big single commissions. If you do well for a client you could see repeat business between 5-12 times over a 25 year mortgage, and it also depends on your ability to promote yourself and your services to both clients and realtors. Really it depends if you’re more of a paper pusher or a face to face salesperson.

Agreed! It’s why I grew such a big book of business over 18 years before making the pivot to helping LO’s and realtors
