I kinda fell off the face of the planet for almost 5 months. I ended up having emergency surgery In November for a perforated bowel due to unknown diverticulitis. I spent 2 months in hospital because of complications. I had an ileostomy and ended up suffering major skin breakdown. I have been watching your new videos tho wishing I could get up and move along with you cause your so contagious to watch its hard to just sit when your so energetic,happy and inspiring. Today tho I am two weeks post op for my reversal. Last week I was so happy and positive and this past weekend I started to feel sad. Recovering from an ileostomy reversal is also not fun. Your basically learning to use the washroom again hard to do much. But this morning my nurse told me I could take immodium thankfully that helps alot. And I told her how I have been feeling down and showed her your videos she sent a link to my physiotherapist who gave me the ok to do these 15 min walking videos as long as I stick to arms and legs for now. I felt so good doing the video I have missed working out so much. I love the healthy happy feeling working out gives me. Since I hit 40 working out became more of a healthy lifestyle then losing weight. I did however lose 50 lbs in the 5 months I have been doing this. But I'm still returning to working out for the health benifits it will be a bonus if I don't gain it all back. Thanks as always for being you, even thought I didn't work out watching and planning ahead for my future workouts really helped me get through this very depressing and stressful period of my life. I know after such a long break I will have to work my stamina back up when I do you definitely will be seeing me on Patron again😊
