what's nice about your commentary is the hard part for a lot of Kicking monks is switching between casts and melee/FW heals, and you call out when youre casting things vs spinning. etc
I never press Expel Harm but it is a decent self heal if you have the left side talents that buff it. Chi Burst is a decent group wide heal but mostly is for dealing damage to my knowledge.
I have resto druid Healing out Loud videos on my channel :) I've gotten Cutting Edge at some point on every healer in the game since BFA till now, and I also have been within or ending very close to the top 0.1% of m+ players with multiple healing classes since shadowlands.
Are you hard-casting Enveloping Mist? I've tried and tried to get the hang of Mistweaver, but it seems impossible to keep people alive when in pugs. I notice you never cast Essence Font either is it that useless? I also always keep on top of my Renewing Mists, but some people stand at max range all the time.
During commentary I'm like 30% gameplay 70% commentary so that would be the reasoning behind things like not pressing essence font. Essence font is good to apply the buff to people but not as a heal on its own typically. As for enveloping mist, you'll usually want to soothing mist > enveloping mist since it's takes the same amount of time and allows for more direct healing if more is needed after
