conversion disorder is the type of mental illness in which the patient experiences multiple neurological symptoms. and these symptoms are without any underlying organic cause or the neurological cause.
these symptoms are produced by underlying mental stress are the conflict within the mind. the name suggests the psychological stress are the drama is converted into the physical symptoms are the neurological symptoms. this is called the Conversion disorder.
the most common symptom of the Conversion disorder is the fits. this fits a different from that of epileptic fits. we call them as pseudo seizures.

the most differentiating point between the feets of the Conversion disorder is is the duration of the fit. the feet of epileptic seizure is is usually 1 to 2 minut in duration while the fit of Conversion disorder is is much longer. the Conversion disorder faith can prolong to 1 to 2 hours
The other symptoms of the Conversion disorder the paralysis apparent state of unconsciousness, blindness, inability to recall, all this neurological symptoms are not due to any underlying organic pathology. symptoms are rarely caused by the psychological stress are underlying mental conflict. when there is no way to ventilate the stress are the underlying mental conflict it is converted into the physical symptoms. most of the time the patients with the Conversion disorder are not aware what mechanism is happening behind. usually not aware that the symptoms are caused by the psychological psychological stress or trauma.
