Hey Kim, just to help you out some for future endeavors…
1:05:29 you need just regular golden apples to cure zombie villagers, not enchanted golden apples.
The lush bush will grow into an oak variant if you bone meal it.
Glow berries can be eaten as well as give off a small amount of light.

To cure villagers you need to give them a regular Golden Apple, not an enchanted one :) and, bonemeal the asalea sapling and it grows (just remove the snow layers from around it)

Tip for lack of wood - kill a skelly for bonemeal, bonemeal a lil tree in the lush cave. it will grow you a full tree and you’ll get oak logs 🎉
Also, bamboo.. fastest growing wood type

Well about the ancient debris As soon as you stumble across Ancient Debris, you'll need a Diamond Pickaxe to mine it. If you use any other pickaxe, you will destroy the block. Once you have the Ancient Debris, you'll need to smelt it in a Furnace or Blast Furnace so it can turn into Netherite Scraps.

Super funny and entertaining video. Once you uncovered the Lush cave, I thought cool... he can eat the glow berries and bone mealing the moss and azalea saplings, but hey, I like your creative gameplay style.

Something for future reference, Azalea trees only grow if you bone meal them.
You could have made a compost, went into the cave and cleared out all of the moss to turn into bone meal.
Bamboo can also be turned into wood blocks and planks as well.
Also those are mules not donkeys.
A lot of this made my brain cry.

Lush caves have azaleas, and you can get more by using bone meal on moss blocks!

Keep the block of water covered with a block so it won't freeze, and keep a torch nearby so any snow melts, plus it will provide constant light for the crops.

Why did you not put the Donkeys in a pen like you put the chickens in??? you can go get them & put them in a boat to bring them back. & put torches by your garden. You really need to close in your farms in a large fancied in building to keep your villagers safe. & use A gate door not a door to keep them in there. They can not open them. You give the Zombie Villager the potion & them a gold apple to heal them.

I think that was a lush cave in that hole. If there is an azalea tree grown in there, you could already have some wood.
