Cumin seeds- 1&1/2 tsp
Garlic- 4-5
Curry leaves- few
Heeng- 1/4th tsp
Salt to taste
Chilly flakes- 1 tsp
Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Dry mango powder- 2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Green chilly-2
Chopped cilantro
