So, negatives about the INFJ... we have crippling anxiety because of the “absorbing all of the energy in the room.” We are clingy AF, even though we are massively independent, we are always looking for our soulmate in relationships and friendships. We want somebody to do nothing with 24/7. We need someone to take care of our needs when we’ve become so drained by overwhelm that we’re practically bedridden. We put other people’s needs above our own, so much so that if someone takes advantage of us, we’ll eventually door slam them irrevocably without warning. I’m sure there are more, lol, but that’s a good start.
I'm okay with you being clingy. In fact I also want someone I can spend my entire life with, without having to constantly talk to each other. I appreciate just being next to you and you doing your thing somehow has an extremely calming effect on me I don't know :D Also I have a very bright energy (at least I've been told so xD) So that could help you to absorb a more postive energy as well
I got the news about a month ago that I am an INFJ... and what you say is true. It would have helped me understand myself if I knew earlier. Expesely about being in a room full of people, it can be intense sometimes. But it's not all bad (^_^) and I'm glad someone likes us!
@@chriskenkoth3820 of course you are wanted and needed!!!! Seriously as soon as I started to read about INFJs i had hope again to find the. Someone. Interestingly every person I have been attracted too, without even having ever spoken a word with them, turned out to be INFJs. Something magically connected us on a nonverbal way I don't know xD And i admire you for your mind, because everything you say or do is intentional and has a deeper meaning and it almost always comes from a good place. (Noone can be perfect all day and it's okay of course) so you technically have the better position because you are rare you just have to be found, there are around 6% ENTPs and about 13% ENFPS where I live and almost 8% INFJs. But instead of feeling said that I might not get to experience your treassureness of being, I just see it as a challenge to compete against all those gorgeous ENFPs outthere :D You get to choose, when you reject me I will have first have to find another and you will be found again soon. Anyway I see your greatness and I'm glad some of you decided to spend time with me, because I wasn't sure if one of you would even like me (yes ENTPS can be insecure and doubt themselves too :D) until you did.
As an INFJ married to an ENFP, I love her so much! I'd cross oceans to be with her (and I have!). She makes me laugh, she makes me cry. She's slow danced with me in the dark, and she's sung Adele's "Make You Feel My Love" to me. I never felt loved or understood by anyone until I met her 10 years ago. Tips for ENFPs: If you find one, hang onto your INFJ. We value loyalty and honesty and integrity. Don't take everything we say as criticism. If we didn't love you, you'd have no idea what we're thinking. Know we understand you love us when you give us your time and attention. That being said, pen a hand-written love letter to us so we have something concrete to treasure. We're right beside you -- we want to make the world a better place. Thank you for being the candle in our darkness. We'd do anything, and I mean ANYTHING, for you, but don't take advantage of us. Mr. Sweeney, thanks for your video. Gave me a chuckle, and helped me embrace my inner unicorn. :-)
Well, as an ENFP, I am happy to have finally met an available INFJ. We've been hanging out, and being with her is as effortless and satisfying as it can be between two people. I appreciate your words regarding her comments on me received as criticism - because it does feel like that. However, after reading your comment I'll continue to hang in there, and remember she wouldn't use her energy if she didn't care. Thanks again!
However, in the end, in my case with this person, it was just too much negativity to hang in there. That's okay, I understand the dynamic better now, and look forward to meeting the next person in my life that I can call "the most important one"!
Would you mind letting us in on how it works in an intimate relationship? I've only ever known infjs as friends and have yet to see how this pair up works in an intimate setting.
@@M.Moadeli123 I can tell you. It is the most satisfying physical AND mental connection. No judgement. INFJs are so incredibly loyal and so zeroed in on your happiness- You can't help but love them. They are even better as lovers. Romeo and Juliet stuff---no LIE
INFJs are not especially motivated (though very independent) and not especially organized. Though we like nice high quality things were extremely into minimalism and need nothing...but love. We need ENFPs for their fun side, also as someone to understand us. I’m STILL looking for my ENFP soul mate. I love you guys.
You need ENFP's for their fun side? That made me laugh. Okay so, I understand that everyone is different, even within the same personality group. Some INFJs may be very independent whilst others are quite codependent (I've witnessed both). It's just ironic to hear an INFJ say they need us for our fun side when, and perhaps the most meaningful and connected relationship I've ever had (which was with an INFJ), was also the one which caused me to be the most anxiously self-conscious. Again, I understand we all have different dynamics, even within the same personality group, but it's a bit hard to be fun to be around when the other person is almost constantly making you feel anxious. Which is why I just had to laugh. Though I was laughing more at myself and my own situation than anything else, so please don't take it personally. There is most definitely a connection between most ENFPs and INFJs, but the fact that many of them seem so lost and confused (especially the more turbulent/defensive ones) makes them very difficult/challenging people to get along with. I can definitely see why they have problems in many (if not most) relationships and why it is so hard to find that true, everlasting love they so desperately seek in another person. On top of all that, the introverted quality of their personality makes them even more of a challenge to connect with, though my experience is mostly with ones who have suffered from depression. INFJs are beautiful people. They are just very confusing and defensive people, often too much. I'm an ENFP guy.
@@ninzyme I have the same feelings towards my infj boyfriend who is often times so negative and around me 24/7 and he most of the time doesn't want to go out and be around a lot of people, but I love doing that. I sometimes feel so trapped and don't know what to do about it. He has a lot of the good infj quality tho and I love him a lot. I'm an enfp btw.
@@silja95 As with the girl I had previously mentioned, your boyfriend may be an unhealthy, or one of the more turbulent INFJ's... Honestly, I think they're probably the most challenging sub-personality out of all the Myers-Briggs personality types. They seem very lost/confused a lot of the time, depressed/introverted - almost to the point of paralysis - and are extremely sensitive, if not quite neurotic. But despite all of that, they are still beautiful people that I feel a deep connection with. There is a lot of meaningful attraction there, beyond just the physical. It's hard, trust me I know. And I can sympathize with your words. To be honest, and after many years of effort, I still haven't cracked how to make a happy and lasting relationship work with them either... But, what I can say is that it really helps to be as understanding and as patient with them as you can be, and with the occasional fun 'nudge' to motivate them or help lift their spirits. I think above all, they just need emotional stability and someone they can really trust. Love, comfort and acceptance flourishes after that for them.
I'm an ENFP. My wife is an INFJ, and the other soul I also connected most deeply with too was also an INFJ. They are rare but truly magic in this world. I was lucky enough to meet two in my lifetime and marry one. I couldn't imagine my life with any other personality. Just looking into their eyes for the first time, it's like you have known one another for a lifetime and they can truly see everything inside. It's so difficult to explain but is an experience you will never forget. I could honestly write a book about all the good and bads of the INFJ personality/relationship as I have experience both sides, deep love and the door slam... but I'm work at right so maybe later if anyone is curious to know more. Especially, Sweeney. PM me or comment and I'll reach back with any answers to questions.
I've been in love with my INFJ for over 20 years, BUT, I just recently found out he's an INFJ..... I am a BIG 'OL ENFP, and our connection is incredible! When I am around him, I literally feel all my stress and worry leave me and fell total peace, when he's gone, I feel bereft like a part of me is missing. When he's with me, he says he can focus, and breathe, and that his mood and emotion can actually change for the better. I've actually gotten texts from him asking if I'm ok because he says he can "feel" that something is wrong with me.... It's been a struggle at times, especially when he's gone or out of the loop for several days at a time, but I know with him I am whole... Sounds crazy I know, but I just FEEL it, can't explain it better than that!
I (INFJ) remember when I intuitively “felt” the moment my best friend’s mother died. I didn’t know she died but, during that moment, I had an overwhelming need to see my friend at his house to check up on him (I rarely leave my house tbh). A couple seconds later, I receive a text from him saying that his mother died. Never forgot it.
Took the mbti test about a year or two ago. I’m an ENFP through and through and just this past weekend I was wanting to know more about my ENFP personality. I started looking into who my perfect match was just out of curiosity and guess what! My twin flame, my husband, the other half of my freaking soul is an INFJ. I just want to say I agree with all of this. We have a very special relationship that I know is incredibly rare. It’s different from other relationships I see on the daily. He is truly my twin flame and so I found it funny that even on mbti, we click. Our zodiacs click. Our morals. Our wants and desires. Our gifts in this world support each other’s. We have the same interests and have the same core values with raising our children. Sure, we butt heads sometimes (mostly him not understanding why I can’t put dishes in the dishwasher like a Tetris master, or load the groceries into the trunk as neatly as he does) but hands down, this is a good personality mix. 💖 he is very introverted and I’m very extroverted. I could never been with someone as extroverted as me, I love having someone to water my flames sometimes and hold me when I’ve given too much of myself. I love getting him excited about his favorite bands coming to play a show and encouraging him and reassuring him that it will be amazing and such a good time. Okay, I’m done. Sorry for rambling hahaha It’s a good match.
wonder it was true twin flame or just feeling like twin flame? im ENFP with INFJ partner too, and we also thought we were twin flame while ago, but maybe it just because this personality’s match getting some “twin flame feeling” which was actually an illusion?
Ne doms (ENxPs) help us get out of our heads. Between our Ni and Fe it's like having one foot in reality and one foot out. You guys keep us grounded and help us return to the physical realm :D It's really refreshing. Plus it's nice to have someone else do most of the talking.
I am an ENFP Female. We are right behind you at the bookstore. Dressed like a beautiful hippie. With a big smile. I think INFJ male sounds super cool! Wear a little unicorn button so I can recognize you.
I'm an INFJ with an ENFP boyfriend and though it is fun to be around him I must admit that there are a few things that I have found challenging. For instance, he relies a lot on Ne and Fi, so he often blindly assumes what is going on in my head and doesn't ask which almost always leads to terrible misunderstandings and probably the exact opposite of being understood or feeling like he cares about what I have in mind, since his assumptions seem to outweigh what I have to say. It might work for most people he's surrounding himself with but as he hasn't figured out how I think (which is, looking at the functions, apparently exactly the opposite of his approaches on things) it's quite upsetting. With an unhealthy way of dealing with Fi on his side it's difficult to solve conflicts and to improve the relationship because he tends to take things personally and feels attacked right away and loses his mind over small things so it's almost impossible to talk about the relationship with him. In the end I tend to take everything in and try to ignore his hurtful words that seem to be slammed into my face and the following absence and try to comfort him as much as possible, showing that I understand him and that I'm there for him with Fe. It's like his own emotions and rage and despair seem to blind him from seeing how hurt the person standing right in front of him is due to his actions. I think we're both unhealthy in ways that I on the contrary tend to neglect myself by using Fe too much so I feel like my energy is sucked out of me in times like these. I'm sure the INFJ/ENFP combination works well for a lot of people. But it's also tough if it's not balanced.
I agree with you, it would’ve been good to see a well-rounded portrayal of the INFJs. Our shadow or less pleasant attributes can be pretty intense, even for us to deal with. As I’ve grown, matured and embodied self love, I’ve learned to navigate that shadow pretty well. Part of that is being able to sense who can hold/handle all of me and unfortunately, as most, if not all, INFJs would probably agree, is not many people. We go to places in the human psyche that most don’t and that can result in feeling lonely. The way our cognitive functions work together, we tune into the underlying intentions of those around us. It’s extremely difficult to lie to us. Even if we can’t prove it, we’ll sense it. We sense the emotions and needs of those we love and those who are around us and show up accordingly. That’s why ppl love us. But, Most INFJs will have a moment in their lives, usually early on, in which they realize that not everyone else captures that much information about everyone else in the way that we do. For this reason we can feel as if we’re in one-sided relationships. I’m curious what you’re reactions would be to a more accurate representation/video on us. Let me know if you have any questions! 🦄🦋
Yo, thank you very much for your answer, I can kind of portray this situation in my mind but it’s quite mindblowing. I myself am an ENFP and I really need to say the characteristics that you have is something I wish I had a little more, keep up:)
An infj will be attracted to you but she must first read you and decide you are worth the effort. So if you are searching for your perfect unicorn be willing to listen and observe and take it in.
INFJs here, to the ENFPs I’ve ever encountered, I just feel so used. I really had a hard time understanding why everyone says these 2 types go well tgt.. right, they’d really really like you, but they ENFPs don’t reach out for communications, then made a lot of assumptions about you; withholding affections to get what they want from you (like everyone has tmr, and there’s no consequences); then dropped you like nothing if you just don’t give in to their tricks (and think I abandoned them..) Are direct communications really that hard for you guys? Guess a lot of them have trust issues.. they don’t like being told what to do, but they often don’t even eat and sleep, as a person who cares to see that it’s torturing. They often are in their own dead loop.. long time later I’m still grieving for our friendships, that’s how I turned out married to an intj and goes really really well. But still hoping to meet some healthy ENFPs for fds in the future!
Drop that deadbeat jerk. Manipulative narcissistic ENFPs are the scum of the earth, which is what this one sounds like and he has the audacity to guilt you. NO. Boundaries, which we must learn as INFJs. Never accept this treatment or disrespect or anything less than from ANYONE (I had to learn this the hard way). Healthy ENFPs are awesome tho.
As an INFJ male, I have a friend of over 25 years that is an ENTP male. He told me once that if either one of us was a female that we would probably had been married long ago. I laughed when he said it but we do get along lots better than most friends and I don't recall us ever having a bad argument, just good conversations.
Hey there! Fellow INFJ here. INFJ weaknesses may vary per person, but I would say that ENFP’s help a shy INFJ make friends. Sometimes INFJs struggle to feel heard or understood, but ENFPs know how to ask the right questions and are good at getting an INFJ to open up. From what I’ve seen, and based off of ENFP friends that I’ve had, ENFPs see so many angles that it’s hard for them to make a decision, but INFJs are more decisive and can encourage ENFP to make a decision if needed/wanted. It’s because of the perceiving and judging difference. ENFPs are more flexible and open minded, whereas sometimes I catch myself being too narrow minded. ENFPs flexibility, open mindedness, and spontaneity balance INFJs. Sometimes INFJs over plan and the ENFPs can help INFJ go with the flow. There are more ways that these 2 types balance each other, but I’ve just said what first came to mind. I hope this helps! As an ENFP you definitely do have positive traits to offer, and you will balance each other.
Another positive trait: ENFPs don’t drain our energy the way other extroverts do. ENFPs are extroverted, but they need their alone time too, and that helps the INFJ to not feel overwhelmed.
Some of our downfalls: we are really hard on ourselves, even though we are driven and independent, we need help giving ourselves grace sometimes. I also struggle with wearing myself out doing things I find valuable. So, learning how to balance our focus and energy, and not to neglect myself are big ones for me. I feel like I'm full of opposites. I need social time, but sometimes it's draining. I love intellectualizing, but I also feel deeply, although I might not show it. I have a tendency to say things how they are, and sometimes it comes off negative even though I never intend to hurt others. Then I feel bad because I don't want you to feel negative, and I care what you think. I've had to learn to keep most of my thoughts and perceptions about people inside, because of confused/misunderstood reactions I get. Idon't think it is easy to be an INFJ.
Meu Deus!
INFJ here ! Met an ENFP a year ago and let me tell ,it was mind blowing. My first impression of him was - Oh my God I have found an angel who make stupid fun decisions who is extremely intelligent but have no ideia of what to do with his boiling amazing emotions . His first impression of me ? - Yeeaahhh I found my exquisite 🦄 . The experience was like when you find the pot of gold at the 🌈 end ❣️💕 all love , fun,understanding... he always tell me that 🐝 around me fells like having drugs without having it 👀😇
Was married to one for 14 years. The good stuff was amazing for me as an ENFP. However, she had the worst time letting go of painful memories. Also made small problems bug problems. She thought problems into existence. I loved her with all my heart and nearly worshiped the ground she walked on. But 14 years and 5 kids... she was done.
An adult comment at last, swear most commenting here are adolescents. I’m INFJ, I know it’s something of a ‘trick’, an illusion, the chemistry I share with ENFP, and that the relationship is not designed to last. You are looking for an INTJ, and I, an ENTP.
@@theoduval1408 I’m not sure. I think more importantly is the shared and common beliefs. Also the family culture a person comes from. She didn’t have a good relationship with her dad. I have met other INFJ women recently who do get along with their dads. Much healthier person! There is a lot of Good between INFJ and ENFP, and according to MBTI they are the best, but I would add these other factors in. She was always a swinging pendulum. Most people I tell the story to, suggest she was/is not mentally well.
I can totally confirm the enfp infj bond (at least the female infj, m/f enfp dynamic). There are downsides, as with everything, but they do just get each other. Vaseface on yt has some videos with her enfp BF. If you're a enfp, give me a shout, I'd love to meet more!
I DID find my INFJ "counterpart" and we need no words to be in the exact same wavelength of thought. INTJs are definitely not our other half. I am super happy I found him, because we naturally connect, like two pieces of a puzzle which have been lost for a loooong time ^_^
I’ve always wondered why finding someone who I work well with romantically was so hard. Turns out because the type I mesh with is literally the rarest type of person on earth 😑 It’ll take an army to make me let go when I eventually find them though - ENFP
wow I'm a unicorn? Hey there enfp crush's hate to break it to you (INFJ female here). That's like the ultimate potential of us. Don't forget our negatives. We get so inside our heads you no longer exist. We might be good listeners, but once you get us to open up we can be irritating an never shut up. Our down time is as long as our up time. We can be pulled out to mirror the extrovert, but we need to hide in the woods an meditate recovering from it all. We can break your hearts, as easily as we can flawlessly and effortlessly put them together. lol We have a negative aspect to our loving aspects. Infjs ae usually torturing our selves for years over heartbreaks, and did I not mention the damaged; or so called damaged INFJs. Though you're striving for finding that percentage of INFJ Unicorns, you also have to get through the percentage of them that are so wrecked an damaged an literally not working on themselves because they are lost in a sea of madness inside their own minds...LMAO
ENFP here: most of my best male friends are INTJ, I love being with them (they are intelligent and hilarious) and greatly appreciate their input. Although it can be a bit hurtful at times.
Haha, don't be. I'm INFJ and I like and respect my fellow Ni twin the INTJ. We can commune intellectually and have similar ways of seeing the world and interests, mostly lasering into the essence of things. You guys are great and very funny when you let loose ;) (love that subconscious ESFP shadow of INTJs, better than ESFPs cause you guys can actually be funny and not just loud & obnoxious yet unfunny like some ESFPs who think they are ;)
@sweeneytv I'm and ENFP and my sister is an INFJ. We are best friends. This is in response to you wondering how you might contribute to a relationship with an INFJ. 1. When my sister and I talk about any topic or problem, I put forth all these ideas and possibilities and she hones in on the ones that are most likely, but she might not have been able to come up them on her own. At least not as fast as abundantly ENFP could. 2. My sister worries about schedules and stuff and can sometimes get uptight. I'm able to get her to loosen her grip on the details that stress her out. 3. When my wild ideas get out of hand, she grounds me by picking apart my theories. 4. As a team, we see through a lot of fakery and have a great time talking and laughing about it. 5. She can spot when I'm about to make a misstep, and I always have answers for her when she needs ideas for research. I can usually think of a topic right off the bat so it fast-tracks the process for her. She sees a few steps ahead for me and I see the now for her.
To answer your question about how you can help: INFJs long to be understood and they feel like people don't generally understand them or even care to try. The ENFP is the one type that naturally has the interest and energy to try to figure us out and they tend to value our thoughts and insights when really no one else does. This feels AMAZING! Especially if we've never experienced that before. I'm sure i could think of more things but that's the big one for me. Also, i'm really not all that ambitious or organized so i don't think that applies to all INFJs. Being ambitious goes against what I value as meaningful, important and what actually makes us happy in life. I think that a lot of the info in that video talks more about the INFJ stereotypes than being an actual picture of what an INFJ is really like. You are very entertaining to watch and so ENFP :)
Hi Sweeneytv, I am an INFJ but I am too old for you and I am lacking in the looks department. I suppose we can be friends if you are serious about getting to know what an INFJ is like. Anyway being an INFJ I love to help people. So here are some suggestions on how you can find INFJ's. One, in the present look for matchmakers who have INFJ's in their lists, and/or suggest to matchmakers to specialise in matching people according to their personality types so in the future you can find an INFJ. Two, make a forum on your Website that invites INFJ's to join it. This way you can meet INFJ's on the Internet through discussion of topics and proceed from there to a romantic end from an intellectual beginning. Just make sure your topics are deep not shallow. INFJ's gravitate towards the Internet being that we are the most introverted type on the planet plus we tend to write well. And be careful. Not all of these comments who claim they are INFJ's are really INFJ's. Remember INFJ's only make up 1% of the population on Earth. Good luck. I wish you well.
I'm a INFJ girl, and i like ENFPs, ENFPs are so warm, so passionate and so charming and sexy they are open to tolerate the disadvantages of the INFJs. INFJs are very loyal in a relationship, they always focus on just one thing and serious, when they love you, they love you to the end.
Watching this as an INFJ is highly amusing. I’ve never consciously known an ENFP since I just recently came across the whole MBTI thing but I can already tell the type of connection the two types would have. As he talks through the video, I find myself just sitting here, listening to him, even nodding in recognition... lol.
I am swoon aswell 😍 the best part was after the Video 😂 your reaction is gold!!! 🙏💛✨ So ENFP. You immediately were caught by your emotions and went off track to search for this voice actress out of excitement - haha 😄 we are so NF!!!! 🙌 cheers man 💖
Lmaoo. The animation video alone is cracking me up, and then your commentary? Even better. My best friend of 11 years is an ENFP and I love our dynamic. I had her come on my channel last week and it was hard to stay focused during the video because she constantly has me laughing and going down different rabbit holes with her when we're together. We balance each other out in so many ways and I'm so grateful the ENFP type exists for us INFJs. We might be a rare breed, but we hold out for those special types of bonds.
Yep, just lost my INFJ this week - I fell hard for her and then decided to quit smoking, on day one I was raging and I let my ENFP get the best of me. :( Damn it!!!!!!
As an INFJ, I love ENFPs because of their ability to understand me (huge), they are so much fun and draw me in without being mean about it, they are spontaneous which I like but don’t always do.
Can I just say, as an INFJ, every time I come across a video with an ENFP my mood is instantly lifted. Your reactions are just gold and so amusing. I saw that you stream on twitch? Do you still do that? Anyway funny video :)
I'm INFJ and my sister is ENFP. Our relationship is unparalleled. We talk all day, errydday, And I'm sure she's the only person that understands me the best out of everyone I'm close to, and vice versa. Good luck in finding your INFJ! Just a word of advice, don't be afraid to stalk a little when you do find her. She will likely not make the first move, and we like being pursued. When she sees you, she'll probably like you right away - I can tell by your vibe. That being said, I do think that two very well developed people can have an amazing relationship no matter what their MBTI. My husband is an ISTJ which is apparently not the best match if you go by the book, but chemistry is a wildcard. Anyway, find her! FIND YOUR UNICORN and live complexly ever after! I'm rooting for you.
This is only the second video of yours that I've ever watched, but I'm actually super surprised that you're just NOW finding out about the ENFP/INFJ bond. My best friend and I took personality tests a few years back (surprise surprise, she's an INFJ and I'm an ENFP) and so, naturally curious, we looked up how our personality types matched, which is when we found everything out. We've been best friends for just over a decade now, so there's more proof the two personality types work well ig lol. We also RARELY get into fights, and when we do, they're super small and just little debacles over things we don't see eye to eye on. Anyways, ENFPs and INFJs are just good life partners in general, whether they be in a romantic or platonic relationship. So honestly, get you an INFJ in your life, because they're the ENFPs SOULMATE.
I haven’t personally blended well with an ENFP female that I met. I don’t have a good experience. And everytime I try to like talk to her, connect with her...she acts passively aggressively and I don’t like the vibe she gives up. As an INFJ female, when I heard we were the best match,I was excited and just sorted to connect.. but nahh,I don’t know now. Talk about the time I called her out for being rude to someone else, and the harsh response I got. Nope. Anyways,my partner is ENFJ and I think this instead is my best match,I feel sense of balance.
ENFP here - I didn't find him, he found me and sent me a heartbreaking INFJ love letter. I trusted him for it and went for it, and I am so grateful I did. PS: so hard to find these unicorns nowadays...
You, ENFPs, can help us INFJs, with seeing other options and figuring out the real-world implementations of our goals and plans; which we can struggle with. Having someone who can see us as well as we can see them fully and deeper is essential to an INFJ, especially when that person doesn't want to control us. We don't want to be controlled and we don't want to control others; which works well with INFJs and ENFPs. There's an even ebb and flow between the two; which is a flow of even give and take between the two.
Hi! I find this sooo funny that I needed to pause the video for a second just to appreciate your sense of humor. I love it! :D Just to share, I had an ENFP ex boyfriend. We just click and get along so well and became business partner after 2 years. I like that we don't feel awkward about our past and I still kinda feel goofy and blown away by his extroverted nature when he's around whenever we have a meeting. He's one of the best people I know. But he's married now, to someone I don't know - whatever her MBTI type is. lol. - From a 22 year old INFJ
INFJ here, and you are just the happy dude I need to shrink down and carry around on my shoulder all day to cheer me up. 😆 Such good energy! We definitely need you to soothe our nerves.
I love your reactions lol . I’m a fan of enfp’s as well . As an infj myself , Kind comments are always appreciated . We often feel like no one understands lol. So thank you for this video :-)
I'm an INFJ and I absolutely loved this video! I'm glad you liked our personality traits! Although to be honest, it's very complicated to be with an infj because of our conflicting qualities, we're full of contradictions but one thing we can promise is that we stick with you through thick and thin. Been married to my ISFP for 12 years, been together since high school 15 years total. Great video! Thank you!
OMG! I'm INFJ and I 100% agree. My current ENFP partner always says how I support him and add to his life so much (which isn't bad, but... I don't honestly feel it's an even exchange!). Don't get me wrong. I do like him! LOL. I'm just agreeing that it can be a dangerous match for that reason.
I'm an INFJ and this video made me laugh. I'm so happy lol. One weakness of ours is not feeling appreciated. Show it to us and we would fight to the death for you.... and that's watering it down.
I'm dating an ISFJ right now which is close and it seems to be going very well. We have lots of fun together and we seem to fill the gaps of the other while retaining commonalities of the core traits we like in ourselves.
I'm an INFJ & I just met the love of my life 😍 He is an ENFP 😍 We were both divorced and are in our 40ies so we've been with other types, and they obviously didn't work. But this, this is just magic 😍 Neither of us have experienced anything like it. Go find that unicorn... It's worth the search 🥰 And good luck 💕
Im an enfp as well and I hella love Infj but its almost imposible to find them, when i first new this I though something like "is this a message from god or some that Im going to be alone forever?" 😂😢
I don't know if this is because I'm an ENFP, but I've realized that recently the people I connect with and become the closest to are INFJs. No joke, EVERYONE who is close to me in my life is an INFJ. I've somehow found a lot of them lmao, I guess it must be my inner ENFP drawing them to me 😂😂
Lol Enfp here, I love Infj.I have a coworker who is an infj I love his personality he is so calm and funny. And since I am an efnp I have a crazy personality when we are together we can't stop cracking up jokes.
Damn bro. I just found for 3 week an Enfp-as friend. We connected each other until now. Since i meet him, i dont know that he is Enfp. So i ask him to get Mbti test. And i just browsing it for fun, i found ur channel, boom... u know, u answer all my questions in my head... ur reaction so funny 😂
You are literally adorable! Oh man, if I were 10 years younger!! Strengths ENFPs bring to INFJs: action! You help pull us out of our heads, our books, and go for that hike or weekend trip or whatever. You can also help us to see where our actions don't exactly correspond to our intent. We don't always see that but when shown will immediately adjust because we relentlessly strive for authenticity. Because we are rare, we spend most of our lives feeling 'fish out of water' in this world. Everyone likes to be understood and appreciated for their qualities but since most people don't get us and worse, don't care to even try, it is like dying and going to heaven when someone does. An ENFP will typically effortlessly do this and it's amazing to experience.
I'm an ENFP female dating an INFJ male! My unicorn!!!! I had been single for 6 years and online dated pretty consistently with soooooo many duds. My INFJ now boyfriend and I had crazy chemistry on our first date...which is extremely rare for me. I am picky AF. But I wonder the same thing.... I don't really know what I bring to the table. He's not crazy introverted where I have to drag him out of the house. Sometimes it's the other way around. I am waaaaaay more spontaneous than him. He really likes a schedule and not deviating from plans. I wouldn't exactly say this is something I like. It often causes conflict between us. But he is very intuitive and "gets me." That is why I find this pairing so great. He's very empathetic and nonjudgmental like me. We both have a need to help people. But he is so ambitious that I feel lazy and kind of "less than" around him. I feel like when I'm with a less ambitious partner, it oddly gives me more motivation like out of defiance or something. I almost feel the need to be lazier when my INFJ boyfriend tells me about all of his completed projects and how he went to the gym and ran 12 miles in the same evening. He is also artistic and likes to paint and sing. I'm a talented singer and he likes to sing as a hobby. But I feel like I can't even have one thing I am better at and that is "mine." He also wants to be a singer (even though he's not that good) and that really bothers me.
I'm an enfp female as well with a infj boyfriend and he's so ambitious and completes things, where as it's really hard for me to finish things. I'm making far slower steps but I'm doing my best. He told me a few times that I'm holding him back and weight him down and it makes me feel so upset because I'm trying! We are both perusing artistic careers.
nooo the statistics are so lowwww. But all of this is so true! As an ENFP, I want to make everything fun. Someone else that can help me get organized and is ambitious! Sounds great!!!
INFJ here. I think I can seem like an extrovert in a small group, but it takes me a little time to go out of my bubble. So if I were to say a weakness would be getting out of my bubble. Maybe not think of the future and be in the moment a little bit longer. I am work on that now. A positive part would be we are always finding ways to grow and improve ourselves.
My best friend is INFJ getting married to an INTJ. I’m INTJ been dating an ENFP for nearly two years. Our little foursome always has the best time. I will say though the devious side of INTJ comes out in our humor. We can get a little dark and twisty haha. I'd never give up my ENFP. He is the best thing for me. He lets me be free from all the stress and worry, and I think I help him be more organized and focused. We balance each other out very well. The one problem for us is that his extraverted nature exhausts my introverted nature. INFJs tend to be even more introverted in my experience. Good luck finding your SO!

I appreciate just being next to you and you doing your thing somehow has an extremely calming effect on me I don't know :D
Also I have a very bright energy (at least I've been told so xD)
So that could help you to absorb a more postive energy as well
truth spoken 🙌
I got the news about a month ago that I am an INFJ... and what you say is true. It would have helped me understand myself if I knew earlier. Expesely about being in a room full of people, it can be intense sometimes. But it's not all bad (^_^) and I'm glad someone likes us!
@@chriskenkoth3820 of course you are wanted and needed!!!!
Seriously as soon as I started to read about INFJs i had hope again to find the. Someone. Interestingly every person I have been attracted too, without even having ever spoken a word with them, turned out to be INFJs. Something magically connected us on a nonverbal way I don't know xD
And i admire you for your mind, because everything you say or do is intentional and has a deeper meaning and it almost always comes from a good place.
Anyway I see your greatness and I'm glad some of you decided to spend time with me, because I wasn't sure if one of you would even like me (yes ENTPS can be insecure and doubt themselves too :D) until you did.
so true
One thing is that we ENFPs bring joy and enthusiasm as well as deep feeling and understanding to INFJs.
We INFJs like that
So true!!! That's exactly me (ENFP) and my boyfriend (INFJ)
❤️
But not too spontaneous, it is somehow draining to some of them. But that deep connection is so much appreciated.
As an infj I appreciate that so much, you have no idea
Dear God. I’m an INFJ and I feel so attracted to your energy. This is so mindblowing

Tips for ENFPs:
If you find one, hang onto your INFJ.
Your comment made me sob, you sound exactly like my INFJ - such kind people. So lucky to have you guys in this world.
This is so beautifuly written !🤗❤

Married to my ENFP wife almost 19 years. 😊 I'm an INFJ.

I'm so glad I found one
But true tho
@Annemijn van der Torn LMAO!
Am I then only INFJ that isn't interested in Enfp. A lot of infj people are saying they like them, and I'm just like no thank you.
ENFP HERE 🙋🏽♀️.... Cali Love 2 ya!
I'm an INFJ partnered with an ENFP ... from my perspective, it's a mind blowing combination. We balance each other.
Epic!!

Same. Enfps are my favourittee
@@artistrg3487 wow that is incredible!!!!
Blessings to you and your husband, too, btw! 😊
The length of this comment tells it all. 😅 ENFP!

As a 110% INFJ I find this so beautiful.
wonder it was true twin flame or just feeling like twin flame? im ENFP with INFJ partner too, and we also thought we were twin flame while ago, but maybe it just because this personality’s match getting some “twin flame feeling” which was actually an illusion?

:((((((((((((((
I'm an INFJ with an ENFP boyfriend and though it is fun to be around him I must admit that there are a few things that I have found challenging.
Im an ENFP with an INFJ partner, it feels like meeting your inner soul
A tiny INFL lives within every ENFP and a tiny ENFP lives within every INFJ
All these comments about INFJs saying they’re in a relationship with enfps and it’s awesome...when will I find my enfp???😩-infj
Christine Kwok what do you think about INTPs? Some people say that they also match with INFJ. Same with ENTPs
Aleks Kopysov yes I think I match with INTP too, everytime we chat, time flies! Not sure if I have a ENTP friend though :)

Really interesting take on the pairing! I'm an INFJ and have been speaking with an ENFP for the past few months...the connection is effortless.
yeah its crazy. good its working.
I agree! INFJ here and my guy is an ENFP. Since the moment we started talking we both described it as EASY! Such a great pairing! ❤️

Enfp here 😄
I DID find my INFJ "counterpart" and we need no words to be in the exact same wavelength of thought.
Though you're striving for finding that percentage of INFJ Unicorns, you also have to get through the percentage of them that are so wrecked an damaged an literally not working on themselves because they are lost in a sea of madness inside their own minds...LMAO
good input!
I'm an INTJ and I'm devastated cause I'm holding back you.
hahaha don't be sad
And as you can see, she used my point form method to make it easier to read. Noice.
When you started talking about what you can do to help the infjs. Such an enfp thing xD enfp myself too btw 😆 currently missing my infj man atm
Ha, on the other side of the world.... INFJ
That sounds really nice haha. What a good dynamic. It's nice someone can appreciate our style of talking.
Yep, just lost my INFJ this week - I fell hard for her and then decided to quit smoking, on day one I was raging and I let my ENFP get the best of me. :( Damn it!!!!!!
An INTJ would have coped better with your ‘ENFP’.
As an INFJ, I love ENFPs because of their ability to understand me (huge), they are so much fun and draw me in without being mean about it, they are spontaneous which I like but don’t always do.
sooo, my perfect match is the rarest personality type? that explains a LOT hahaha
"notice me infj" 😂❤️ its a good idea not just for you but for infj's too cause we can be quite clueless
I'm rooting for you.
hello sister
@@jax.lingling Oh haaaayyyyyyyy
That’s the pattern though.
ENFPs/INFJs
ENFJs/INFPs
ENTJ/INTP
ENTP/INTJ
Etc
I'm an INFJ female, and just met an ENFP last week and it's like automatic connection. Never met someone that clicks with me like this before.
Unicorn here❤-INFJ (need my ENFP)
You, ENFPs, can help us INFJs, with seeing other options and figuring out the real-world implementations of our goals and plans; which we can struggle with. Having someone who can see us as well as we can see them fully and deeper is essential to an INFJ, especially when that person doesn't want to control us. We don't want to be controlled and we don't want to control others; which works well with INFJs and ENFPs. There's an even ebb and flow between the two; which is a flow of even give and take between the two.
Magical unicorn 😂 I'm INFJ, my husband is ENFP.
He's a lucky pup
Thank you. I'm lucky too. Good luck on your search! 💓
I am an INFJ, and I can listen to your videos all day and not be exhausted. For some odd reason i feel invigorated and refreshed instead of drained.
Considering this is one to two percent the fact that I, an enfp, am close friends with three of them is really weird to me
Ah that’s great. I’m glad you can still be friends
As an INFJ, I have never actually known an ENFP. So.....it seems that for me, the rarity is mutual.
1% vs 7%
INFJ here, and you are just the happy dude I need to shrink down and carry around on my shoulder all day to cheer me up. 😆 Such good energy! We definitely need you to soothe our nerves.
I love your reactions lol . I’m a fan of enfp’s as well . As an infj myself , Kind comments are always appreciated . We often feel like no one understands lol. So thank you for this video :-)
this is why I don't have friends? I'm "rare"? well crud.
Thank you!
Iam infj and i found enfp as friend, we match so fast. Like we'v meet for a long time, know each other. We'v chemistry.
I can confirm the INFJ traits in this :) And, ENFP and ENFJs are my very favorite types!
I'm an INFJ. I was paying attention to the video i swear I was then I saw the one punch man poster. A+ quality choice for wall decor.
thank you. I put effort into it haha
It is not close. Look at the function stack of INFJ and then compare it with the function stack of ISFJ.
Yes my hubby is an ENFP and I’m an INFJ. We’re so perfect for each other!
I've somehow found a lot of them lmao, I guess it must be my inner ENFP drawing them to me 😂😂
Jin's Dad Jokes omg you have Namjoonie as your prp 😍 he is an ENFP now.
I am an infj and I m really drawn to enfp and intps
@@YBizzy1 oh damn- I never knew he updated his mbti until u mentioned and I went to check it out- It finally explains why I'm so attracted to him :3
As an INFJ I find ENFPs have a childlike curiosity and are cute!! That's why they attract me, but when it comes to hard work they do it well
Lol Enfp here, I love Infj.I have a coworker who is an infj I love his personality he is so calm and funny. And since I am an efnp I have a crazy personality when we are together we can't stop cracking up jokes.
i think infj are not so rare, they just know how to hide in the crowd well
Just a bit of math... 100% divided by 16 personalities = 6.25%. So 1-2% for INFJ is not so rare as it seems.
Yeah. I just think its special to connect with someone, especially as an ENFP afraid of commitment.
I had some great ENFP female friends. The chemistry was outstanding for years.
ok that got stalker really fast..
You're so entertaining! I love the 2 INFJs I know. I was hoping you would keep this secret!! I want to marry one and they're so hard to find! Shhhh!
The world needs to know. Lol
😂😂
Are you an enfp?
@@sophiafrytv7893 I am.
@@Sweeneytv I know I'm talking to Victorious Joy.
I am an INFJ happily married to my bff ENFP. We’ve been together for 15 years. Our personalities really work well together.
I’m an INFJ-A....I was kind of shocked by your video. Thanks for the positive reaction ♥️
nooo the statistics are so lowwww.
I've learned my lesson about (infj's & infp's) and I'm sticking with ENFP's :)
I am an ENFP. We always mean well by people, especially strangers.
@@jocelyneke6445 So true! :)
What lesson is that?
Thank you! And thanks for the motivating share
