I’ve always considered my Bible a work book & the quote about “a bible that’s falling apart usually belongs to a person who isn’t” is so true. Thank-you for showing how the pens write in a Schuyler. That’s on my wishlist for Christmas. I use the microns. If you buy them in a set the cost isn’t too bad. Thank-you for making positive videos!

lol true, I have some people ask why my family has so many bibles because we wear them out or have different purposes for them. I love microns and personally insider them not very expensive considering how long they last, you can also add new ink to them if you don’t mind getting a bit messy although I’ve been using the same couple for the last year or two and haven’t had to try it yet
A well used bible means people read the bible and isn't a 1 day a week use like most people on sundays

Comecei a pesquisar sobre Estudo Indutivo da Bíblia e fui direcionado para seus vídeos!
Uma dúvida: as canetas não chegam a "sangrar" para o outro lado do "papel Bíblia"?
Pergunto: pq o papel utilizado nas Bíblia no Brasil é de baixa gramatura! E meu receio é usar caneta que marque o lado oposto da página.
Se vc já fez algum vídeo sobre isso me sinalize que eu o estudarei!

@@henriquedoreis1360, olá querido amigo! Muito obrigado pelo seu comentário e pergunta 🤗 Sim, estas canetas são excelentes! As Micron são as melhores, mas as Sharpie Art Pens também são muito boas. Raramente irão "sangrar" para o outro lado do papel, mesmo que o papel não seja muito resistente. Tenho alguns videos em que experimentei estas canetas ao avaliar o papel de várias Bíblias. Vou deixar aqui alguns links, espero que sejam uteis. Um forte abraço e muitas bênçãos no estudo da Palavra de Deus!

Nestes próximos 2 videos experimento com canetas que não me agradaram tanto. As Siraza não são tão más assim, mas também não são o ideal na minha opinião. As Bic Intensity são muito más mesmo e "sangram" muito para o outro lado do papel:

Gosh I love your videos, so fun and informative. Good Job! I ordered a new wide margin reference NKJV Premium Nelson. Now researching pens for it. I think the Sharpie will work for me.UPDATE: Tried several and Now back to Micron, Sharpie is fine but just a tiny bit of bleed in some areas where paper is perhaps not consistent?

I love vivid colors. I’m cheap.. So.. Inuse Papermate Ink Joy and Buc Atlantis pens. They do a good job, and are brite.. I use Bible Safe Highlighters. No bleed through at all.
I want to try the Microns, though. They always look good.

I noticed sometimes you underline with a squiggly line. What is the difference in the straight and squiggly underlines? Love you videos, thanks!
Hi, and thank you so much for watching and for the positive feedback 🙏🏽 I use the squiggly lines (most of the times, no exact science here) to underline something more dramatic or even negative. I've been thinking that I should record an update to the video "How I Mark My Bible" but so far I haven't been able to find the time to do that. Hopefully I'll do it soon :) Blessings!
The Sharpie Art pen are my go to pen for adding colors. I love the thin nibs tho 😉 Plus they last longer than the Micron 😄

I used to use micron. Expensive. I actually just use a 4 color Bic pen now. Lol. Black, blue, red and purple. They took away green and replaced with purple which I like better. I use Sharpie Smear Guard yellow and orange highlighters.
Yellow for most highlights and orange for verses pertaining to end times prophecy.

Thank you for your suggestion! I believe I tried them once in the past and they are really nice. I'm not the biggest fan of highlighters for Bible marking/underlining, though.
