Your art adds so much to the desolate beauty of the music. After all we have eyes as well as ears. I can’t tell you in words how much I love what you have done for one of Schubert’s greatest songs!

Oh Lord... Ian's voice and the style of the visuals are really hitting one's soul. Salute to Schubert, to Ian and to you creator . Please do more, we need more.

I randomly stumbled upon your illustrations for the Winterreise lieder and I'm glad I did as they're seriously wonderful and capture the essence of the songs amazingly well. I don't think I can decide on my favourite Winterreise lied between Fruhlingstraum and Der Wegweiser - they're both distressingly bleak in their own ways but are all the more beautiful for it... Regardless, I've subscribed and look forward to seeing you release more in the future!

I find the concept of death here to be distressing and grim.
    It doesn’t have to be.
Yes, the jollity of the crowd and the town distracts us from the fear of being alone .
Many great people have testified to the transformative effects of isolation either chosen or imposed by others.
    Illness
    Prison
    Solitary immersion in nature.

Have you ever considered doing lieds from Schwanengesang or Die Schone Mullerin?

I will perhaps try my hands on those after I finish the major Winterreise songs!
