I have two cats I’m suffering but I won’t give them up . Guess I’ll just have to try this .
I have a dog and i just got a cat too and i want to know if that worked for u
I have severe cat allergies, and I have four, but no way in hell am I getting rid of my babies
Personally, I’ve been doing this, and it has worked tremendously well. I went to a friends house before taking these injections and my feet swelled up in minutes just because of the dander on the ground. Today, I went to a different friend’s house and I only started having nasal problems after hours of being there since I forgot to take medication.
I definitely would recommend looking into getting desensitized in this way.
Then why not start with very small cat then work towards gigantic cats?
1. Kitten
2. Munchkin
3. Normal cat
4. Crazy cat
5. Fat Garfield
6. Ocelot
7. Cheetah
8. Jaguar
9. Lion
10. Tiger
And for additional immunity:
11. Giraffe
I laughed.. hahahah so out of the box. Lol
Sounds science right here.
I.... Somehow I can't argue 😂😂😂
@@nicolerobertson2654i could, but dont feel like it 😂
Loved this one 😂😂😂
I have owned cats for the last twenty years, but I was originally mildly allergic to cats. I lived with taking antihistamines for a year to control my allergy (with my GP's guidance). After a year of suffering cat allergy, it disappeared. I guess my body got used to my cats. I don't get any allergic reactions now.
I remember walking into my GP's office and saying to her, "Please don't tell me to get rid of my cat, that isn't going to happen!" I
Hi … can you please tell me what were the symptoms you had before going to the doctor? And did the symptoms happen after touching the cat immediately or it takes days or hours for the symptoms to appear?
That’s ridiculous. If you are allergic to cats and live with one, you will eventually stop being allergic to that specific cat. It’ll be hell for like 4 months straight though…
mine are pretty mild but didn't start till I was I'm high school after having cats all the time
I want a cat so much but within seconds of petting one, my eyes swell and I develop pin wheel hives all over my face and neck. And my lips have swollen before. Not to mention the watering eyes, cough, wheezing, and sneezing. 😞
Definitely try out immunotherapy! Wyndly was started to make this easy
@@wyndly so how do you start and what to do? is this injectable?
i have the same thing
@@amysmith3247 I’d recommend talking to your doctor about it first
@@wyndlythe moment i touch a cat or a dog my nose starts to close, simply put i can't breath with my nose, and after a few days i can't breath at all, so can i still try this therapy?
Antihistamine regularly, dropout test for nonmedicated state of IgA route, AH back if not symptomless enough, fast kickin and washout
Yeah But is it the Same technique in Norway?
We used to have a family cat but my dad had mild allergies and I had even milder allergies but our family doctor convinced my parents to get rid of her 😭😭😭😭
I'm pretty sure something similar happened to me while taking Zyrtec and living with cats in the early 00s. I lived with them about 5 months then moved away and for a couple years after that I could be around cats without it bothering me even though I had stopped taking the medication
I've been severely allergic to cats since birth but in my late twenties when my allergies were at their lowest I adopted a cat I had a few symptoms for a while and then I adopted another cat and another cat. eventually I just stop having symptoms other than if I got scratched or a hair in my eye. Now I have four cats inside four cats outside and I don't have any symptoms even though testing will show that I have severe allergies to them still.
I just adopted a cat and I'm having really bad allergies but this gave me hope
@@rubytheberry YES! If you can tough it out and take Claritin or Flonase and keep a very clean home (You have to keep it vacuumed dusted and swept religiously) You will grow a tolerance and it will not affect you. I also take just a warm wet rag and wipe my kitties down occasionally. It's their dander you are allergic to so keeping them brushed also helps. Cleanliness is the key 😀
I want to join the cat club!
For me, I got a blood test for inhailed allergies or something.
Apperantly, im 100% allergic to cats and at that point in time when I took the blood test, I had 4 cats.
The doctor was very concerned but i guess my body had made itself semi desensitized so I don't react like with anaphylaxis.
I mainly get stuffy nose, watery eyes, sneezy and if i get scratched, it just get alightly inflamed at the scratched area and itchy hot but thats about it.
And that usually when I deal with their loose fur, or anything grooming.
I also get like this when I deal with dust when im cleaning, only i probably react worse to that than the cats.
I’ve had cats before, but I got a new cat and all of a sudden it feels like I’ve developed sn allergy to this cat. To be fair I also moved out right around when I got the cat so idk if it’s from the cat or maybe something in my new room. Because I don’t have the feeling of shortness of breath outside of my bedroom.
I live with a cat and I’m allergic to her but we’re best friends. I do get itchy sometimes but it mostly happens if she scratches or if I pet her and touch my face at all. Other than that we’re inseparable, she loves me and I love her 🥺💗 I do have a question though. Because I’m living with her will my allergy grow worse?
It depends on your body. It's possible your allergy could worsen. If it gets very bad, try out our allergy treatments: www.wyndly.com
But it's not dander per se...it's the feld1 protein.
You're right!
Do you have an opinion on allergy shots? Do you think they are viable ?
I get suffed nose and itchy spots on my skin when I'm around my boyfriend's cat, am I allergic to cat dander?
Finally a cure just what I need
Its not a cure, its exposure to a compound your body cant tolerate bur in such small doses that it eventually learns to handle it
I had a cat was my best freind was so nice and freindly then my dad was fucking allergic to him I only had him for a year
I have a cat and she is very cute and I always would hat out with her but now I’m getting this weird things of my left arm, right arm, right leg, left leg and it really itches so do you have any idea how to get rid of that??
please someone answer!
So i’ve been wanting a cat REALLY BADLY, but my dad is severely allergic. Like, he cannot breath well. Does this work for this type of severe allergies too?
Is this treatment available in India? 😕
I dont have any nasal symptoms but I get hives, is it due to saliva or dander?
What if I already have a cat would the allergy shots still work?
Well i live in an arabic country so where i can find those
Is a blood test for allergies better than a skin test when it comes to "cat allergies".
What if I take my friends cat hair, and leave it in my home… like in some blanket??? Will I get better ?
I want a kitten but I have allergies which I’m so sad😢 but my cousin has a cat every day I get better with cats I used to wheeze but now I don’t 😅
How did I get allergic to cats because I wasn't allergic when I was a kid?
Allergies develop overtime
I just adopted cats they are 9 months old and im like starting to sneeze a lot lol. They are not leaving... but i. I'm wondering if i get al allergy. My meows are not going anywyere. Ill suffer, lol.
How many times you sneeze in a row? Is it real bad?
I am
Uh oh. I have four cats 😭
I just bought a whole cat
Which doctor specializes in cat dander allergies
Ive had cats my whole life but I'm allergic. I can pick my cat up for a cuddle and play with her no problem. However if she sleeps in my bed when I wake up I can't breathe properly. The pain is deep down in my lungs but once I have a hot shower and change my sheets it's gone. Why is it like this? The pain is really weird it's like someone punching the bottom of my lungs
That's surprising. Have you taken an allergy test or seen an allergy specialist?
@@wyndly Yeah I'm allergic to cats and dust mites. I think it's what you said in the video though, small exposure is okay but if her hairs are all over my bed then it's too much 🤷🏼♀️
Do you get real bad sneezing fits?
"We dont seem to see that this is the case"
How manny shot and how long does it take
Allergy shots take 5 years, with often a weekly shot. Try out sublingual immunotherapy, that requires no shots at all!
@@wyndly oh snap.. well I’m willing to try it for my fluffy friend 🤷🏻♀️🐈⬛
You can try sublingual immunotherapy, no shots, no office visits, much easier. If you want to start with my practice -> wyndly.com
@@wyndly how long will it take to develop a good immunity?

pata kaise chalega ki cat ko food allergy hai Sir ?
fricken hell, I accidentally deleted the whole paragraph now I have to rewrite it) cats, other animals like dogs and birds, have most people allergic to it but (mostly) there not actually allergic! It’s just a normal reaction. You may get a runny nose or watering eyes, when your near a bird/ dog/ or cat. But that doesn’t necessarily mean your allergic to the animal. A lot of people have to same reaction. A more severe case, is passing out, and other severe symptoms of being near a dog/bird/cat. This is a more severe allergic reaction to the animals. In the fur it contains urine, dandruff. That most people have a negative reaction too, including me if I’m near a cat to long i get a stuffy nose, watery eyes but that doesn’t actually mean I’m allergic to cats since most people have are t allergic to animals that are in the category as feathers/ fur but nit to severe, like I said earlier people might have more servers reactions. As passing out, is what doctors classify as a allergic reaction. So just because your nose is runny when ur near a animal , your not necessarily allergic to the animal your just having a allergic reaction like a lot of other people (a very mild one that’s not to serious) so it might nit be a allergic reaction it having it’s more like a natural reaction too cats/dogs/birds. You could be allergic to furry friends in pets stored/ shelters. There’s a-lot of people that have these allergic reaction to these animals (which is TOTALLY normal) uncommonly poeple have immunity’s to those natural reactions which is very special they won’t get a runny, watery eyes near the animals, which is a immunity. Immune to these animals most people are allergic to or have natural reactions too. I don’t know if I covered this yet, but I too have a a natural reaction to these animals I get a runny nose and a watery eyes to the animals w which is completely normal! That doesn’t mean I’m allergic to it, it just means I have a allergic reaction that’s very mild and normal! So before you call it a allergic reaction make sure to check if it’s severe and if it’s normal you might also have a immunity to the animals,if so you’d be counted in the very special people that have immunity’s to natural
reactions around these furry friends!
Shots
You can build immunity to cat shy taking allergy shots where a dose of the thing ur allergic to u goes in ur arm building ur immune system to be use to fighting it since ur get the shot regularly. Ur immune system will get use to the shot basically. (Short anwser
