@@sportrxeyewear it's easily the most comfortable frame there is. I got their red bull games limited edition pair. Hands down the best frame & lenses they have made. Oakley has gone down hill majorly since that ended. They have become more of a fashion brand rather than a sports brand.
I really hate Oakley discontinued the Straight Jacket. That was one of their best frames IMO. Definitely in their top 5. You still see a ton of people out there wearing them. The Straight Link is nice but nowhere near as good as the Straight Jacket.
I have 12 pair of straightjackets- I bought 2 pair of sraightlinks rx from glasses USA--- their not only too big/and loose-but my eyelashes act as windshield wipers as the lenses come waaaay too close to my eyes. My Caucasian head is normal size . I wear my monster dogs and straightjackets daily
I'm with you there. Just got to the point when I need to replace my superb straight jackets and I find they've been discontinued! Oakley have a HUGE range, surely the straight jackets could have fitted in somewhere if they were so popular! Straightlinks are too square and for me, not anything like the straight jackets really.
I have two straight jackets, gloss black and flat black. I just ordered replacement rubber parts and lenses. These glasses have been going strong for 15 or so years now…
Awesome! Oakley's O-Matter frame material is one of the best as it reliably maintains its shape over the years with no distortion or warping taking place.
Hi Vinicio! Thanks for watching and commenting on the video. In this video we compare the Oakley Straightlink and the Straight Jacket. Both of the sunglasses in the video are polarized.

The definition of the word actually says "impossible material" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unobtainium It works great, nonetheless, at being a good hydrophilic material that grips better as it gets wet, that's for sure!
Oakley's biggest mistake was discontinuing the straight jackets. They were their most comfortable set they have ever made. Bought 3 pairs since 2000.
It was such an amazing frame!

@@sportrxeyewear not only that, in my opinion better than the monster dogs.

Can you please make a video of straightlink vs Pitt boss 1?
Hello Ga Za! We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future video production!
About the Straightlink these ones you tried are the prizm deep water model?
Nailed it!
Hello friends. Can you please tell me what are the models of sunglasses that you compare in the video? and which of the 2 is polarized

la oakley straight jacket que numero de modelo es? ¿la 11-013? o cual?
The Straight Jacket has been phased out by Oakley unfortunately so we cannot order it anymore. Oakley replaced it with the Staightlink frame.
What lens color is the guy wearing (for the straight jacket)?
The Straight Jacket has Black Iridium Polarized lenses. That is Oakley's most popular lens! It's a great one!
Great information video. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
What's the difference be/tw Polarized and Deep Water Prizm?
Polarized lenses reduces glare, think of prizm as a window tint.
Straight jacket wins. today's Oakley's are too big for some reason . Not everyone has basketball size heads
What's the lens colour of the Straightlink, Black Iridium or Gray?
Those are Prizm Deep Water. Its a dark polarized rose lens with a cobalt blue mirror.
how much is that? straightlink same of it color lens

Straightjacket looks better to me
Nah
I ❤️ the straightlink. . The straight jacket was a decent sport frame. I prefer a taller lense for better coverage. PDWP is sIck on this frame! 👅
You are all about that PRIZM Deep Water-but we understand why!
Seems like I can only wear what Rob can wear.
I literally cringe when I hear people use the Oakley buzz word unobtanium.. it's a ficticious material.
