    I loooove Rene Zellwegger! She was a guest on a private flight I worked on and was the most famous person on the flight and the most down to earth. I was prepping the food for everyone and she came into the galley and helped me with the service. I was honestly astounded and so bloody grateful as I knew I would never have finished in time. Beautiful human being and my fav passenger ever

      She went to school in Houston and was good friends with My good friend’s brother and in plays with him. My friend said when her brother died in his sleep after an epilepsy episode! Rene was with the family during the whole planning of the funeral etc…. Truly a lovely person who loves hard and remembers all the people who loved her before she became famous.

      Agreed - this is the best one I've watched so far. They are so at-ease with their own selves as well as with each other and their conversation flowed so naturally. I also enjoyed that they didn't feel the need to drop swear words just because they can, like I watched some other actors do in their interviews. These two have much more class!

    I love how Tom is just so humble and almost seems uncomfortable taking compliments. Renee is actually pretty much the same here. She would rather diver the convo back to Tom then hear how he is admiring her work as Judy. Just love the humility in them both and how as experienced and incredible as they both are, they still seem to be learning something from one another. When you are truly great at what you do, there is no need to be boastful or fight so hard to prove you are. Let your work speak for itself and stay HUMBLE! Loved this one.

Also, there was a physical education teacher who appeared on his show quite frequently, and she has said that Fred was one of the most selfless people she has ever known. She also stated that if you gave Fred a compliment, he would turn the compliment around towards you.

      I don't think she has that much competition this year in the lead female category. Other people have done great. Although i heard charlize theron might put some good competition. I think this year the lead male category will be a little more difficult to find. I think Joaquin Phoenix will probably win. His performance in Joker is amazing. Like the movie or not he's great. Now saying this. The oscar isn't everything. It's a great honor sure. But really a great movie isn't dictated on winning or not. Or even getting nominated. Still love the Oscars though. Right now I'm wondering who will be nominated for supporting roles. All i can think is maybe a guarantee is Brad pitt and Tom Hanks. Probably wrong about that. But i just can't wait.

    • @luciddreams7540
      @luciddreams7540 5 лет назад

      Probably. I think Florence Pugh could give her a run for her money in a fair world. But the oscars don’t care for horror, fantasy, sci-fi, etc. And they have horrible taste (Green Book 🙄).

    • @killerbeanssss914
      @killerbeanssss914 5 лет назад +1

      @@luciddreams7540 I think the biggest mistake in recent oscar history was the awards given the Queen movie. I can't spell the actual name. I would butcher it. I think Rocketman is a much better movie with more compelling acting. But it's probably not going to get nominated best picture or best lead actor because of the queen movie. It's not always about who or what did the best job. I think it's biased a lot of the times. To be fair though. The year isn't over. So still got a few movies to watch. My next movie i want to watch after A beautiful day in the neighborhood is Uncut Gems and Marriage story.

    I just had the privilege of watching Judy. I'm never ceased to be amazed by Ms. Zellweger's capacity to reach into the depths of a character and make you feel her pain, her love, her inner struggles. There are no words to express the awe and admiration I feel for this outstandingly incredible actress! It's my fondest wish that I can enjoy and appreciate Ms. Zelleweger's future roles ... and that "the powers that be" have the insight and awakening of their spirits to realize what a once in a lifetime actress she is. I've never been so touched by an actress in my entire life. Please share your talents with us soon, Ms. Zelleweger! I am your most devoted admirer... Sarah Anne Michaels

    One of the best conversations, some of the convo’s it comes across as pretentious to me, especially when they keep talking about themselves. But Tom Hanks and Renee Zellweger talk about the characters they play, about the work of acting instead of their own vision - I love that! Very humble.

      He drives it because he wants to avoid talking about his role as Mr Rodgers, and when he starts at around 28mn it's only disappointment, he didn't do his research before taking on that role!
      "When the job you are taking seriously is to make 2 year old kids feel safe in the world.That's not necessarily a real active choice"
      If he didn't want to play the role, he should have just retired!
      The guy made more instructive documentaries than any exclusively documentative shows have done! I've learned how milk is made, how matches are made, about tolerance, acceptance... The man was enlightened and informed! Shame on him for not doing his research! Mr Rogers was not any other mary poppins! Hanks got his job dead wrong! I hope they were able to do something with his acting, because even he didn't buy it!

Hanks is just very humble and down to earth and doesn't wanna just go and be like "Yes, I did a fantastic job. I always do a fantastic job." Even the way he allows a question to "boomerang" off him and revert it back to Renee. Which he says Rogers had a tendency to do. It's fascinating stuff.
