The interviewer makes such completely fascile and naive arguments that make no sense legally or logically, just for the purpose of attempting to illicit a negative response from Liddy and being contrarian and adversarial. It’s a bit annoying, and so is his complete lack of understanding of U.S. statute, penal law, et al.
