I did the balsamic chick yesterday using chicken tenders and it turned out great. Shorten the baking time for tenders. Suzy, you have saved me many times with your timely email when I had no clue what to cook for dinner! I have to halve most of your recipes as there are just two of us, but loving them! Thank you!!!!

I had to make a slight adjustment by adding maple syrup instead of honey b/c I didn’t have any honey on hand. After all, I am Canadian! 😝 Thanks so much for this recipe. I’ve saved it and will be making it again. I even made my own Balsamic glaze and I never knew it was so delicious when boiled down. My hubby hates balsamic and he LOVED this dish! I made this tonight along with your roasted vegetables from your sheet pan recipe this was amazing thank you so much You really help break the monotony of my past cooking before it was barbecue sauce and throw in the oven now I have so many different tastes and textures and different meal combinations that are all very help I truly appreciate your videos
I like using my hands to make sure I glaze the chicken thighs. Gotta be intimate in your cooking because you're trying to make people happy, surprised, and full.

I went by the written recipe, and my result was somewhat bland. Then I watched the video, and saw that she put a substantial amount of salt and pepper in the marinade. This wasn't in the written version. Please add salt and pepper to the written instructions!!
Hi Ellen. The written recipe does contain salt and pepper. We don’t list the amount because people have different salting needs and it will vary from person to person. You can definitely salt to taste

How would you change the cook time for bone-in skin-on thighs?
Depending on weight: 45mins to an hour
I love parsley but I feel like basil would be an even better match with that balsamic (but to be fair I'm ALWAYS looking for an excuse to use basil).
