Folks don't know about NJ yet. Especially the Korean, Pizza, and Indian food scene (and many more I don't know). Even regional Chinese is making its way down here - a lot of NY restaurants are opening satellites in the NJ burbs. As someone who lived in NYC in my twenties - and who couldn't afford to buy a home in the city and moved to NJ as a result - NJ has a lot flowing from NY and Philly. You know as an NJ native but for those visiting, check out Fort Lee, Pal Park, and Edison!
Make ground pork and chive dumplings, sauce you should make it with is chinkiang vinegar, light soy sauce and a water (to dilute a bit) with a ratio of 3:1:1. Then add spicy oil to your liking

hi eric and viv! i would love to see you cook some british food. i know british food gets a bad reputation, but something i really miss from britain is a hot beef sandwich - it's basically tender slow cooked roasted beef, gravy, mushrooms and onions in a soft white bread. it's sooooo good! we usually get it from street food vans here. you can even add horseradish for some spice if you wanted. ☺️

Idk shit about Akron but if you come to Cleveland, come to Payne Ave. Koko Bakery(best before 1pm but great all day), YYTime and LJ Shanghai amazing Chinese spots for dinner, west side has La Plaza Taqueria, and Puerto Rican food everywhere. It’s like little PR over there, try Las Villas on w 41st. If you wanna kick it, go down to Punch Bowl Social and try all the bars and clubs near it. This is just off top, I can definitely come add on this later.

you need to try this pizza place in jamaica queens. its called margarita and their plain cheese is the best pizza i've ever had in ny!!! its about $4 per slice and its overload with cheese and sauce and i cant go back to any other pizza place since!!!!
