I’ve never ordered anything. I go to the lot. See something I like and play dumb from there.
It seems to me that buying a new car should probably be like buying a new house. As expensive as new cars are, it should be as close to a custom experience as possible. You should be able to get exactly what you want.
Dealerships have been their own worst enemy. Unnecessary incompetence.
Been wondering same? The factory always wanted just in time delivery. And they got it by default. lol Ordered Ribicon, took 4 mos but I got exactly what I wanted. 👍👍😎🇺🇸 Good review, Ben.
I wanted a car with the options I wanted. It seems it is basically impossible. I can only buy the terrible optioned cars dealers bring in
Car buying sucks now. I use to buy/trade every two to three years. I’ve decided to just keep the vehicles I have now for a much longer period. Hate to think what I’d have to do to purchase a new car now.
Land Rover vs Tesla vs Mercedes Benz. Which is worse?
I ordered a hybrid and left a 1k non ref deposit. Looking at other states there are 3 dealerships getting at least 10 hybrids and the dealership I ordered mine from arent getting anything for the next couple months. Does this mean I should not have left a non ref deposit with this co.?
Considering what new cars cost these days, manufacturers are making excellent profits. Check their quarterly earnings. I generally buy used cars, but if I'm buying a new car I order exactly what I want. If there's one exactly like I want on the lot then I would have bought it in the past, but I'm not paying these markups dealerships are putting on the cars.
It's so messed up. I hope these greedy dealers and manufacturers fall into a black hole of despair.
If I could order a car/ truck and get it within 30 days… maybe I would be in for this. But I always wondered why dealerships don’t trade vehicles more often. Like if you have a black f150 and people keep wanting a blue version with the same accessories why not trade with another dealer that’s in a different area/state. Idk.
Ordering has to be 30 days or less to get wide spreed adoption here.
Buy your favorite truck or a car out of the dealership you can save your money
