It's not so much complaining, but it does show a sign of overwork. You don't start talking about finalizing your 4th project when you haven't even finished your 1st, it's not a very good sign
@@lm_slayer1it show's foresight. ppl do the same thing with albums, saying kanye is wilding for announcing 3 different albums when the first album hasn't even dropped, but you don't see what's happening behind the scenes, nor do you know how much work they've actually put towards their finished products. carti recorded wlr in a week or sum shit after disappearing for 3 years. i'm sure lex is working his ass off and has a roadmap, and our job is to just sit back and give him the support he def needs to pull ts off 🤷🏽♂️

When it comes to this mod the reason you were missing a perk is because you forgot to check the "add missing perks" option that would've added stamin up to the perk rotation since normally on the giant only stamin up or deadshot spawns in a game, that is also the reason why deadshot wouldn't let you double buy it since the machine thought it was still underneath the snow pile.

Lex, you’ve been my favorite content creator since the advanced warfare days (rip the headphones) you and zombies shaped my childhood and I’ll support you wherever you go in your career. It’s funny I was talking to my friend yesterday about how if you switched up your content from zombies to collaborations with ppl like crispy concords maybe you’d see the recognition you deserve. But I do love to see the things you’re doing for the community!
I wouldn’t mind seeing you pivot in your interests, maybe you could go to Deviation Games with JC. Not only is he a good friend, but you KNOW what the (zombies) community enjoys and what makes them tick. If anything, having an insight to what the community enjoys and being able to communicate it to the dev team and implement it is a NECESSARY facet of game development. You’ve reached the community in unfathomable ways for literally YEARS, Lex. I’ll never forget seeing your first top 5s and endorsing the community and possible changes. JC may be the community leader, but you could be someone who not only validates the community’s concerns but be able to relay and apply what the community wants/needs to the dev team and the game! Even if it isn’t Deviation Games, you have the heart and mind to be an effective and impactful facet to game development nonetheless. I pray that you read this and at least give this some thought. As a now man that was once a kid that finished the waw campaign and was thrown into nacht for the first time feeling excited and terrified I love this video. I havent played zombies beyond bo3 until cold war went on sale recently for $20. Never tried bo4 or any non treyarch cods. The only proof anyone needs to see something is wrong with Activision and zombies is the fact that a fan like me stopped caring. I am fully convinced that you could create a list of 10-20 bo3 custom maps that are each better than every single zombies map since revelations.
On a side note fuck cold war for the stupid shit that litters the entire screen the whole time you play.
Thank you lex for all the work and dedication you’ve given to the community even when it may seem grim I believe you can help revive zombies and bring it back to its former glory

I work on social network as an artist and I can strongly relate. Noticing, seeing a platform on which I've built an audience of hundreds thousands of people over the past years shifting and doing a bunch of changes without carrying at all about its creators really sucks (looking at you instagram). I can feel you, understanding you fully depend on some random monetization/shadow ban issues and in my case on the most random algorithm ever is really tiring. We're so early when it comes to these new professions that apperared with internet's growth. We'll have to face these sort of bs for a while before the game finally reaches maturity and give to its creators the respect they deserve. Hang on bro, it's only the beginning sadly.

I don't usually comment often, but Lex is genuinely one of the most ambitious content creators in the scene right now and I believe that his projects will be amazing because he seems determined to make a product that is made with love and passion and not greed or hopes to get anything out of it and it's really amazing to see a content creator I've watch since I was in middle school still love this community and want to make it better for all of us, so thank you MrTLexify.
As someone who’s played zombies since the beginning. Me a little 5 y/o on world at war and trying to survive for so long and growing and trying each new cod. But being console locked out of AW,IW,BO3,BO4. It was such a breath of fresh air to grind CW. To hear the failiure of Vanguard from every. Zombies. Content. Creator. I boycotted the game as a whole. I didn’t play mw2019. Did some mw2 (22’), (breathe of sadness) I preordered mw3 thinking it was gonna be so much fun. Campaign was ass. I waited for zombies and was thinking I’m so pumped for this, I’m gonna enjoy this so much! I lost twice and had no fun and boycotted immediately. It was unenjoyable and borderline unplayable on the CW system on a map of that size with big map markers to show where everything was.

Wow. Didn’t think about it from this perspective but as an avid black ops 2 and 3 zombies player I hate the fact we do have to put up with it. Lex has encouraged me to get a pc just to play his content. Haven’t bought a cod since vanguard and it’ll stay that way till I die.
how sick would it be if some of the big zombie youtubers created a studio, hired some custom zombie developers, and made there own zombies game similar to what palworld is. not close enough to get sued but close enough to remind us of COD zombies.
Completely agree with you on this one, and it’s the same problem with how Bungie is handling Destiny 2. That game has the largest amount of potential but those corporate clowns just don’t see it and constantly make bad decisions. The final big expansion just will be another disaster.

I love how there’s so many perks but I still don’t feel overwhelmed with the hud like how cod is now. I’m still able to just enjoy the game itself even with that many perks.

Hey Lex, you speaking straight facts in this video! Honestly I just came to a realization that I started playing a game called "7 Days to Die" (Not round based, but a fun zombie survival experience) back in 2018, which is actually about a year after Black Ops 3 Zombies chronicles released. And honestly in my opinion, the regular game (without counting 7 days to die overhaul mods) is even better than any cod zombies experience since BO3. I did like Cold War, but I just felt like it was way too easy and I always like a challenge.

I feel you with everything you said Lex, I'm even trying to put together a game based off of the Mercenaries series made by Pandemic because EA is probably never making another game in the series, and not sure if this counts but the zombies maps on Contractors VR is great, it actually feels like CODZ but in VR unlike the Pavlov maps

hey man for me call of duty has taken a big big dip in creativity and the last zombies game that I actively enjoyed/played was cold war, for me Ive gotten bored of whats going on and I used to enjoy grinding camos in cold war, going for high rounds in BO3. the fondest memories I have with zombies is playing split screen with my buddy and that was a time were he introduced me to zombies, what im saying is I just miss the days of being excited about another COD game
oh and don't worry about venting sometimes its good to just let it out every once in a while :)

I agree with what your saying Lex. We also live in a time where studios have become creatively bankrupt. Look at COD just reusing Warzone assets for everything. Same with companies like Disney just rehashing and remaking content but making it shit and refusing to listen to fan feedback because it's not about entertaining anymore, it's just about making money.

I 100% agree with you about big companies its so much more than just COD, all the best games that have came out and that are coming out like palworld, enshrouded, lethal company are are small dev teams that listen to the players. Once people realize that the bug companies dont care about the player games will become good again. We need a small company that listens to its community to make a round based zombies game.
I’ve been watching you for around 9 years now and this the most I’ve seen you upset about zombies in awhile. I agree with everything you say activison doesn’t have the same drive they used too and it’s upsetting especially since I used to be an annual cod player that enjoyed playing the game and being excited for DLCs. Lex I've been watching since like 2014 probably. A literal decade at this point. I wanna let you know that I'm with you and agree fully. You are not alone. As I've grown up I learned the lesson that these corporations will maximize profits while minimizing work. Therefore, I vote with my wallet. The last cod I bought was Cold War, and before that BO3. I'm an OG player and find it embarrassing that they haven't been able to capitalize on the easy things they could have done to make zombies the biggest PvE game on the market. I'm looking forward to the Die Rise remaster and other projects, but I hope you release a tutorial for how to install any necessary mods and stuff, I don't really know what I'm doing and haven't played a ton of mods. I also don't know whats safe anymore, so I (and others) would greatly appreciate a tutorial for how to play the maps when they come out! Godspeed brother

You gotta build your own game. Not easy and it'll take years, but if you wrote it out and get a team together, I believe you could. MrRoflwaffles is a narritive genious in my opinion. You have a lot of connections to technical people and I believe you are as well. Make a great pitch and I bet many of your fans would happily crowdfund. You and many of the people creating mods for BO3 that are HUGE, intricate, and thought out. I really think we could see the greatest thing, creating a whole new story and giving it its own feel and fun. The zombies community could make something amazing, I just get scared that it'll be copy paste because the nostalgia is so intense.
Edit: I also think a common downfall is to do things out of spite. If you do something just to prove someone else wrong, I think you'll always be compared to that someone else. There is also a bunch of resources in Activision that indies don't, so trying to make the exact same thing will be difficult. I hope you do it out of passion for the mode, something that will last forever instead of out of spite of a company that won't be around forever.

I have never felt more heard by someone then when listening to Lex’s rant. The last call of duty I bought was MW19 and before that it was B04. It hurts how far from grace this franchise has fallen, but there are always better games to play, because people will always play what is actually fun, rather than a money press. If Lex goes through with his dreams he will bring Activision and CoD to their knees
