It would be very helpful to be on a Gluten Free diet, and not have to worry about cross contamination. I have eaten a product for a while, then notice that the label changes to say it's processed in a facility that processes wheat. So you have to check labels ALL THE TIME. Online and actual labels can be different too. So to not have to spend hours reading labels all the time for products that don't contain native gluten would be wonderful if the medication was safe.
