Anyway, justice mostly alludes the victim in most cases in India unless there is some public pressure. Examples are - Jessica Lal murder case and Priyadarshini Matto rape & murder case.

Why is there no accountability for judges and police like this? If a doctor had done malpractice he is punished but a police is not punished for faulty investigation leading to an innocent man being jailed for so long and the accused going Scot free. And the judge isn't even asked why she gave such a faulty reckless judgement

Police has often bn found to be callous in investigating crimes. But here the judge seems to be out of hid/ her mind as before giving capital punishment. A law graduate passes judiciary exam to become a judge of muffussal ,session,jila court. So it can be seen being a law graduate, passing judiciary exam and training is not enough.

Judge should have asked for the DNA & semen matching on the first time only.These kind of judges lower the dignity of court. Police as well as court are responsible for lapses.
Us waqt mulzim ka blood nahi liya gaya aur DNA match nahi karaya gaya lekin baad me bhi to mulzim ka blood lekar DNA match karaya jaa sakta tha. Baad me aisa kyon nahi kiya gaya is ka jawaab aapne nahi diya hai.
