Roy has that model 700 with the 'behind you' talent, seems you don't have it yet either Skillz. Might want to pick that up also. I recently got one of those 'Emperor's Guard' from one of those caches. Pretty decent rolls on it also.
Like Glue is a good shotgun with a long under rail for the tec pluse. Nice to use.

I feel like the like glue would make a good pvp shotgun with the right build I’m going to have to try that when my update finishes
The Anrcanist Cookbook with status & skill damage is very rare roll & the Like glue shotgun with DTOC, mostly because I am less than 100 from being maxed out.
I'm looking to get back into D2 where is a good place to start for builds? Right now my gear is a mess lol. I heard about the level 40 update and thought this may be a good time to make a return. I stopped playing just before or just after they added Raids back in the day.
if you're looking for gears then join countdown. make sure you set up the targeted loot first before queue-ing
I got rails platter and thorn plus striker/picaros or should I go true patriot/ ninja bike back pack? I'm trying to get 1.4 mil armor
Personally I run striker with St Elmos and Lefty to build stacks insanely fast
I got coyote mask and busy bee pistol is there any way I could make this work in dz or countdown?
Coyote isn't really used honestly not really worth the exotic slot and the busy bee isn't really worth running either just keep running countdown and get a gearset/build you like and spend your countdown points on exotic caches till you get a good one and build around it or find one that fits your build and hope you get lucky

I’m very new to this game. What does the proficiency rank mean?
it allows you to raise your expertise on weapons the more items you have proficient the higher your total expertise level will be. allowing you to add that level to weapons like a soft level cap. I have a whole video on it tips and trick playlist
They're basically like level ups, but for your equipment
Max level = proficiency
When it item is proficient, you can upgrade the items proficiency depending on what it is
Example:
•Weapon proficiency = 1% weapon damage upgrade
•Armor proficiency = 1%
Total armor upgrade
Skill proficiency (depends on what kill you're using) = 1% "whatever the skill does" upgrade
