Meso comes to the gym I work out every once in a while, watching him push weights in real life is actually insane. such a humble down to earth guy as well.

Also i‘m sooooo disappointed that both the Swiss weightlifting federation and equipment brand Crossequipe did not list this event on their calender. So I missed it. I would have been close. Well all of Switzerland was close. It‘s a tiny country.
I love Olympic weighlifing and did my first competition this year and it was this style where there is music going and it's almost like a party while weighlifiting. Then attended a sanctioned competition and it was like lifting at a library, totally different environments and I enjoyed the competition with music better.
Can anyone with decent Weightlifting total join or go trial for Street Weightlifting GB. Or do you have to have competed in the Olympics to join STREET WEIGHTLIFTING GB

Always best to work with a local qualified physio mate. There are so many different reasons for back pain, which is why some online tips probably won't help.

Yup- he lifted my current max deadlift! Seemingly easily. Unimaginably strong!
