Tea have Water, Ginger, Cinnamon (to control sugar level), milk, sugar or Jagger, basil leaves, In case u hv running nose u have to add black pepper and increase ginger to remove cold and cough.

Hi zilu. I recommend you to try Bhoot Jolokia ( Ghost peper or Ghost chilli ) which is also deadliest chilli in the world. This Bhoot Jolokia you can find it in North East India. So if you wanna try this Ghost peper please welcome to Northeast India. ❤️🇮🇳🙏

i will recommend to exclude black pepper ,it will overpower everything and u will not get the taste.. use 2-3 cloves of green cardamon per person , 1 small cinmmon stick and little ginger it will give the best taste ..........u shoudl making videos regularly..

4:55 If you are not interested tea it is fine. You may want to try filter coffee. I myself coffee or any other milk based hot beverages. Yes there are quite a few actually in India.
5:00 first of all milk is nutritious.
Second is in India you may have known cow is scared because it is scared in Hinduism. As matter of fact India and Hinduism is so intertwined it is as if one can't exist without the other so if we Indians don't have some form of dairy products one way or the other things will go CRAZY IN INDIA.
