Hello Sangram sir I have a question can you build physical strength from consuming only 3 larger meals a day without snacking in-between main meals like fruits or nuts for energy and proper muscle and strength recovery because no one can complete their protein and nutrients intake from only 3 larger meals they would have to include small snacks or shakes for additional energy and nutrients. Can you also explain if we can get our nutrients and protein from 3 meals a day, then how much gap should you keep between your 3 meals. Can you give a demonstration by creating a video about this topic, please. 🙏 🙏 🙏
