      Sir with all respect main aapse ye kehna cahta hun shayad aapko dudh,ghee,honey ki sacchai ke baare mei kuch bhi nhi pta....woh dudh aapke liye nhi hai sir woh cow ke बच्चे ke liye hai jaise hr maa ka dudh usske बच्चे ke liye hota hai...plants based diet mei woh sb kuch hai jo aapko cahiye...mujhe nhi cahiye ainsi health jo kisi bejuban janwar ko peeda dene ke baad aata ho...aapko dairy ki hakikat ke baare mei pta hona hi cahiye..

    Hello Sangram sir I have a question can you build physical strength from consuming only 3 larger meals a day without snacking in-between main meals like fruits or nuts for energy and proper muscle and strength recovery because no one can complete their protein and nutrients intake from only 3 larger meals they would have to include small snacks or shakes for additional energy and nutrients. Can you also explain if we can get our nutrients and protein from 3 meals a day, then how much gap should you keep between your 3 meals.
    Can you give a demonstration by creating a video about this topic, please. 🙏 🙏 🙏

      Sir I had this question because most people use artificial protein supplements and then that damages their health for longer periods of time and they are vegetarians like me and you who want to build natural strength without supplements and to do people want to know if we should snack in between 3 larger meals or not for better absorption for the vegetarian foods. Or can we get good absorption of vegetarian food with only 3 large meals a day

    Sangram bhai problem ye hai ki aajkal gai or bhais pregnant hone k baad bhi 7-8 month Tak doodh deti hai uske baad bhi bache hue 2 month bhi doodh deti hai per malik khud hi nikalna rok deta hai isliye us dhood me pregnancy k harmone aa jate hai

    Wrong information hai sir... Cow milk cow ke bache ke liye hoti hai hamare liye nahi.. Nature ke sath raho aur natural chij khao... Cow milk ke jagah coconut milk use kare... Fruts vegitable saladd.. Nuts.. sprout yehi hamara real food hai... Aur kuch nahi... Exercise ki jagah celebration moment kijiye kheliye dance kijiye.. Hawa lijiye.. Sunlight lijiye... Avoid dairy product... Kyonki insaan hi ek aisa jiw hai jo dusre jaanwar ka dudh pita hai.. Aur koi... Diet ko lekar aapka information sahi nahi hai...

      Bhai cow daily 6-10 litre milk produce kr sakti ... Uska bachha itna nhi pita hai.. baki jo hai wo insaano k liye hai
