In the netherlands there was once a small comic that explained why tony did this for tramp. Tony once fell in a lake in cold winter, but couldn't swim out of it. Tramp was just passing by and jumped in to the lake, grabbed Tony shirt collar with his teeth and pulled him to the shore saving Tonys life.
My departed Mom loved this movie. She loved dogs, she trained them. This was probably one of her favorite films. I was a teen when she died, but she played it constantly and had the figurines from Disney World of Lady and the Tramp. Such a beautiful scene. it's really a shame 2D like this is basically dying out, they really put in the effort and time to capture the emotion in every single frame. it's essentially all CG'd now and it looks so god-awful.
The remake didn't even get a cinematic release because Disney knew it wouldn't sell that well. Lady & the Tramp is a small-scale story and a live-action adaption doesn't make it more exciting. With that said, most of the Disney remakes have been mediocre anyway. Very disappointing. They're all too bright and colourful, sometimes even more-so than the animated versions. The whole idea of going live-action is to give the existing material at least a slighly darker and grittier spin, I would've thought.
My favorite movie as a kid! I don't know why, but I always tear up at the part when they're walking through the park together. Its just so cute and romantic.

I remember when I was in elementary school, every time at my grandma's house when I watched Lady and the Tramp, I would eat canned spaghetti, ravioli or beefironi because of this scene. Man, those were good memories.
Idk why but this scene uses to always make me tear up as a kid like imagine falling in love with the person who you truly love on such a beautiful day/night taking a stroll through the park or spending the day with them at your favorite place and as you both watch the rest of the world you and your loved are side by side. “Side by side with your loved one you’ll find enchantment here, the night will weave it’s magic spell when the one you love is here 🌹”

I just wish that Disney would make atleast one movie where romance is the main subject. No showing off of animation skills, just pure romance and music. I missed when they would make the instrument according to the movements of the characters...
I love this film. I was very ill when I was about 7, I was very ill with excruciating stomach pains and was bed ridden for several days. Back in the days when no one could afford tvs in every room, my big brother carried the TV upstairs for me (remember peeps, this was before flat screen tvs 😬). Its only now im an adult I realise my family had no tv for those few days because they looked after me by putting this tape on for me and I watched it back to back for days. It was one of my favourite films growing up. My Mum always read Cinderella to me every night too. You cant beat a good love story . . . .

Loved this scene in italian as a kid, but i have to admit this original version is great! In the italian version joe said “mamma mia he wants to be always right”, while here he mumbles something without meaning, but this thing and their italian accent made me laugh so much!!
💕 Bella Notte is the best song romance and I love it. 💕 ◾ *Lady and the Tramp* - (June 22, 1955) ◾ *Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure* - (February 27, 2001) ◾ *Lady and the Tramp* - (November 12, 2019)
I hated the sequel, the remake was okay, but nothing, and I mean, NOTHING beats the classics, so 'Lady and the Tramp' of 1955 definitely wins the prize
@@reynarodriguez9742 tbh i really loved the sequel as a child, it isn’t the worst disney sequel ever. but of course it doesn‘t have the charm and beauty of the original lady and the tramp

I can't get over how beautiful this scene is. I'm getting teary-eyed over two dogs falling in love. It's so cute how he calls her pigeon.

"Here's your bones Tony."
"Ok bones..."
(Smacks the bowl)
"BONES????"
lol so funny!
My favorite moment
That was beautiful!!
Glad that RUclips didn't hide the comments so I can read them.

@@vickyengler21 Yeah, I agree with you on the charm and beauty part, that's why the classics are ALWAYS the best!
This is adorable 😍
Nostalgia. This scene has such a beautiful feel!
Lovely song! 😊❤️

luigi, look!
This brings back so much nostalgia, falling asleep on my grandmas couch with my cat snuggled up to me falling asleep just enough that it convinced them to put me to bed without waking me 🙂
