Hello, why didn’t you check that the fence was at 90 to the table. You checked the 90 with the edge of the saw but not the flat table. I’ve had three of these saws and they were all out of square. They all went back to DeWalt. I don’t have a saw now. Can this adjustment be made - I couldn’t figure it out. Thank you. Peter

I think this was just an oversight on my part, you can adjust it!

I have difficulty aligning the riving knive.
Any good tips how to correctly align it with the saw?

No I can honestly say that mine was perfect from the start. If you're still under warranty you should contact DeWalt.

you mentioned the little auxiliary fence that didn't sit properly. Mine has that problem but swear it didn't used to. Is there a way to fix it without getting a whole new fence?

I was still within warranty so DeWalt replaced it for me. I couldn't see a way of fixinf the issue. Good luck!

Calibrate the saw blade to the mitre slots first and then the fence to the mitre slot... You you have the much experience?
