This meant for carries and offlaners who need fast farming when you tried to catch-up enemy networth and Supports also benefit for it but not as good as cores. The 80% current HP as damage makes easy work for killing tanky neutral creeps since it takes way less effort for those who dont have Cleave or AoE spells.
