@@daymonharris8696 Yup, this 1999 version could've been a major step-up from KOF '98 featuring every fighter of The Orochi Saga. If it were to happen, Ultimate Match from 2008 would never exist, but it's worth it.
@@KenMasters. It would make no sense for SNK to make a third version of _KOF 98_ in three years, when they had _KOF 99, Garou: MTOW, Final Fight: Wild Ambition, KOF 2000_ and a whole bunch of other games they were making.

The character voices sound so clean in this game compared to neogeo and PSX, someone should rip the voice files from here.
