Not sure I have always read them as give yourself goosebumps but it’s is confusing I think the line is meant to connect to the top of the G but the slime makes it confusing
They did, whenever I read these when I was a kid at my old school, the kids who came over to me and just say the title out loud as "I Give Yourself Goosebumps" and I always thought "what you talking about"?
Obviously in this case the US ones are better because you can actually see all the art work, but as someone who is from the UK, the slime ooze aesthetic to the Goosebumps covers is pleasing to me, it's how I've always known Goosebumps. And I feel it gives them a nice uniform consistency.
Same it’s the slime that gives me nostalgic feelings 🥰 Also UK versions are much rarer as less were printed and I think the spines look much better! 90s retro feel with the colours and slime! But it does suck we get 10% of the front cover 😂
I saw your other video on the different art styles, an one thing I really noticed is how much I really just enjoy the cover arts of the books. Makes me ponder maybe buying the books sometime.
If you actually enjoy the design of them and you would actually read them it is worth it but you have to be patient because there can be long periods of time where you can’t find any 😂
Nice video by the way do you know the best way to read giveyourselfgoosebumps becas it is kind of hard to find all the endings as we forget on which page we got a choice
I haven’t figured out a really reliable way to get all the endings what I do is just skip to the bit I died on or the story ends on and see what thing I could have changed to stay alive
Dear God the UK covers have very stupid censorship, and it technically isn't even censorship, it's just s horrible aesthetic choice to try and make it look unique.
I wonder if in the UK version, did people read it as give yourself goosebumps or I give yourself goosebumps due to the random line in the UK titles.

it's separated by outline colour/color so it's fine

They did do the UK ones dirty by cutting off the actual artwork

Yep 👍🏼
Whoa. I didn't even know this was a thing! What year were these released? I've never seen or heard of these books.
There's book 31 of give yourself goosebumps, which was never released, the cover shows three malicious looking penguins.
@@jalpro7997 these UK ones were realised a year or two after the US ones and they only had 26 hope I answers u question
Good job on the goosebump videos
I've got the uk version of book 14 give yourself goosebumps the creepy creations of professor shock
For this round I'll give it to the Yanks because why would you cover up so much good art?
So true

The real thing that gave me goosebumps was the fact that British people exist

I have no idea they did it with the original series as well
