Don’t worry bud when I was little I would be out of breath as well and my legs would be really tired and I would have to take breaks and all that but luckily my heart is healthy and I am trying to do exercises and workouts but it’s hard
Jessica Carey it's pretty safe according to my doctor. Who knows though, better to be in shape than out of it. I get tired more than the average person and I recover slower too as my oxygen levels in my blood tend to be lower.

Is it safe for your heart to be going that fast with the heart condition that you have? Or are there certain types of exercise that you shouldn't do?
