My sister had Legendary Redmi note 1 (4g) and to be honest that was a very good phone! It lasted 6yrs and died by oil damage. Currently using Note 10 Pro, but that time the experience was on another level.

I have tried this phone, one of my cousin had bought this phone in 2015, in my eyes this phone was king of that time because it had a buttery smooth experience in performance and camera was awesome

I have the S3 at this time in perfectly working condition(except battery and camera). That phone is an awesome phone till date. There are many small features that Samsung added and optimised with TouchWiz Home that are not there in new Samsung Flagship series itself like you can change Vibration Pattern in every Samsung phone but S3 gave you the functionality to Create new patterns by yourself and Driving Mode was also a good functional feature. Samsung always do best with their phones they take you a step forward from other phones. Samsung provides that value for money by adding small innoticable features to their phones and you realise it when you switch from Samsung to any other smartphone company. Can you believe a phone that was launched 10 years ago is still working fine. That is Something that only Samsung can do

I have counterpart of this device. Galaxy Grand 2. It is one of the best phones and I have used it for years since 2014. It is very strong and nice. The only problem is it's 8GB so I can't install anything. It has Dual SIM and 1 microSD slot. I have installed S7 Custom ROM and it runs perfectly.... Nostalgia

Wow..great Timeline of how our smartphones experience have changed and with that the display, performance, camera, battery also has come way too forward. BTW I am still using Redmi Note 4 (Feb 2017) with Android 7. It has also physical fringerprint scanner at the back😀
i knew that first in display scanner one. back then i used to follow tech news religiously, and back then was also the time brands used to really bring budget phones but with really good features, and flagship killers genuinely killed flagships. good times
I still have the S4. Still Works great although I have replaced the ROM and almost no other apps but those were the times when phones were built to last and weren't purposely screwed with OS updates like now. Now a days I use it as a universal remote since it had IR blaster.
Its amoled screen made me mad when i first saw it 6 years ago

Back in days, as I remember Samsung was known for their lagging problems! I'm watching your video in SAMSUNG GALAXY J5Prime (32,3GB) this phone is handy, running on android 8, it lags mainly only because of storage problem (otherwise it is still great phone) battery is less only 2300 mAh, camera 13mp but it captures naturally, means the camera quality is still decent, I don't see any fault in camera, it's now more than 2yrs I'm using this phone the experience is still same.
My next phone will be of Samsung definitely (but also want pixel☹) handy one

1. One smartphone probably with gingerbread (Android 2.3) - Galaxy Duos ( Working condition but power button damaged )
2. One smartphone with Android 7 ( Nougat ) - The phone is from Lava.

3. Two more smartphone with Android 9 ( Pie) - Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 and Redmi Note 5 Pro.
(Both working)
4. Currently using the 7T with Android 10, haven't updated it to Android 11 because of bugs and issues !!

I am commenting this from my Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo. THIS PHONE IS AMAZING! The BUILD is so strong that I throwed this phone many times but no sign of dents or screen cracks. The battery is like 700-800mAh presently. Using LineageOS 18.1 A11. Now most of the apps(except 64-bit apps) are working fine. The Play Store error in Android 4.4.4 annoyed me a lot. Anyways, OLD IS GOLD. Still using it and pretty much does my work. I have Micromax Yureka Plus but it's dead. Can you make a video on this phone? The performance is amazing on this ₹5000 phone(Snapdragon 615 64-bit).
Edit - The charging port is damaged, and I have the Stock ROM of this phone.

I had 1 android phone based on Lolipop from spice company in 2014 which was my first android phone, And surprisingly that phone had a Face unlock feature. it was very slow but works in normal light.
and today I am surprised that how they have provided it in 2014.
btw sir gesture navigation pill was first introduced on android 10!! on stock android!!

I'm also having a Samsung galaxy J2 2017 edition in my household, with 1gb ram 8 gb storage, 2000mah battery and 480p super AMOLED display, the phone has only slowed down, but other than that there's absolutely no issues, the power button, the volume buttons, home button works perfectly. And the battery backup is still decent, it still gives 3-4hours screen on time, and I can easily say it's better than my laptop battery😂

I did many experiments with Samsung galaxy quartto 2014 ... Hanging n slow ..laggy ...last time charged in 2019 n to see how old things work these days

I had the S3 not the neos edition... Didn't know much about the AMOLED so much back then... This device was such a beast back then.

It's even older than my Galaxy J3. The J3 belonged to my mom, but after its touch caused issues I took it. I still keep that phone charged other than my main device to use for limited purpose like flashlight or audio recorder. 😁

I have The Samsung Galaxy S Duos (GT-S7562) which has android 4.0.4 and was launched on 11/1/2012... this is amazing!
Another fact is that it works all good with all buttons working that's obvious that there will be some wear n tear since I still use it as phone for house calling>

Felt nostalgia i still remember the time i was in school and i was watching tv with my dad when the advertisement came for the galaxy s3 and i still remember the tagline inspired by nature and designed for humans the water drop felt almost real at that time samsung was much ahead of it's time with this phone i asked my dad to buy me this phone it was of 3890 at that time and the next day i was having this i still have this phone but in dead condition and no one knows how to make it work it again very sad
But trust me guys this phone was and it will be legendary it was revolutionary in samsung s series
Still have my S5 from 2014 that serves as a backup remote for my IR devices. Used it recently for 10 days when my new device didn’t ship on time. 😂

i used micromax canvas selfie 2 (1/8gb) till last year's November until i got fed up with it and broke it, then i bought narzo 30 4g (6/128gb) the change from Android 5 lollipop to Android 11 was so drastic for me

I use smasung galaxy J Max and working fine sinze 5 years, but nowadays the tablet ransomly freezes and while scrolling we get 10 to 20 fps . We have to frequently reboot the tablet to resolve these . Thank you

My first smartphone was Samsung galaxy Y with android gingerbread...and i still have that phone althouth its not working now..but i have many beautiful memories with that phone.
I rarely ever comment on any RUclips video or like them because I feel that they have started to get counted as spam but Gyan Therapy never stops to amaze me. As a person who practically loves nostalgia this is the best content that is out there hence deserves the appreciation. Love your Work and keep Growing. By the way I have used this phone (a friend had it) it was an awesome phone then and S3-S4 were branded as the “Sense phones” apparently they har soft touch or something in their displays so they need not be pressed too hard on the screens

I used Samsung's phone from 2007 with Samsung Guru and then few years later Samsung launched their first 3G slider smartphone and Samsung launched Grand series and S series and then J series and A series. I have been used J7 A7 A9 and finally Note 10 lite
J7 & A7 is still working but A9 was lapsed for my own mistake because one night I was connected my phone with charger but the charger was not putting in plug properly and the plug was fluctuate and the motherboard was burned. Samsung is always better than other smartphone Brand for long-term uses.
Talking about loglasting phones..
My father is using a Redmi Note 3 which was bought on it's launch flash sale on March, 2016. Never changed the battery. Still it's in really good condition. Although he is nota power user.
I am using an Oneplus 5T since Feb, 2018. Going to change it's battery soon and will try to use it for more 1-2years with Pixel Experience 12 ROM
