Every day I say, "this is one of Theo's best." Samething today. I love the info about the Olympic mascot of Liberty's heart - super cool!
You are warming my heart !! Thank you so much 🙏
BONJOUR THEO! It would take YEARS to see everything! I missed seeing the 9,000-year-old HAMMURABI CODE stone last time !
Also: MARIANNE was being restored in March 2024 :( Quel Dommage ! 😥😥😥😥
But I really enjoyed "Le Sacre de Napoléon" ♥♥♥♥ and The Wedding Feast at Cana (Nozze di Cana) !
Theo this weekend Ateliers Ouvertes in Belleville! Then June 1st Nuit Blanche! Please make videos!
From the USA. Now I know why French people have a reputation for being so skinny. In the words of Theo the castle was so big by the time youm found the kitchen you were no longer hungry! I love your insight.
That's the secret for healthiness ahah, if you can't find the kitchen 😭
❤❤❤
This is a fantastic video. The Louvre is a masterpiece in itself. ❤
Victoire de Samothrace, Venus de Milo are both Greek status, and you kept the best for last .. Marianne La Liberté guidant le peuple by Delacroix!!!

Merci! Greetings from Venezuela. Love your content. Keep the hard work 💪
Thank you !!
Thanks for taking us to the louvre. I was there while the pyramid was being built. I didn't realize the museum was so huge
I'm glad you loved the video !
Merci. It’s very informative video so far about louvre in English.
I'm so happy to help !
From the USA. Thk u forr pointing out iconic sstatues and paitings. I was particularly impressed with Marianne. I never saw that painting before not even in a book.
I'm so happy I made you discover it !
Thanks Theo. I have been to The Louvre a few times, but you explained the outlay very well. It is all a bit overwhelming if you don’t have some kind of a plan. We only wanted to go to the Sistine Chapel so we went on an early morning tour with a guide before the museum opened. It was wonderful. Only 12 of us. We then had free access to the rest of the museum.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video ! But I think the Sistine Chapel is in the Vatican, not in the Louvre 😅
Theo, a guide told us that in the Sacre de Napoleon painting, there is actually a mistake. If you look at Napoleon somewhat in the middle of the painting, there is a shadow around his head. Look for this shadow in your footage. He was originally farther back in the painting, but was brought forward and this shadow reflects the change.
Oh I didn't know that !
It was truly fascinating, I like to feel d vibe , but also marvel at sumthing dat is extraordinary n admirable , thank u for sharing Theo , atleast thru your vlogs we can admire your beautiful country Paris
I'm so happy to make you explore Paris by videos !
After your last posting I decided to drop the Louvre next year, and just go to the Musée d'Orsay. As you told, don't try to see everything, if not you might get hit by the Paris Syndrome.
That's a good idea ! I need to make a video of Musée d'Orsay !
Great video I loved it! We call her
" The Mona Lisa" here in the USA
Greetings from Texas
Thank you !
Love you
Fab, Theo!
Theo please let us know how much time you spend for this visit?
I spent about 1h45-2h ! But I was doing it quickly, I already visited the Louvre before so I know what I wanted to show on the video !
Fantastic place Glad you shared this
I'm glad you enjoyed the video 😊
That’s not the real Jacond. It’s a replica. The real one is safe guarded.
I just love to walk and feel the vibe! ❤
Same !!
Thank you so much Theo , i needed this ❤🎨
I'm so happy you enjoyed it !
That was fun!
Thank you !
SO COOL!💝💝💝
Thank you !
I’m the type to just browse and walk around, but examine the art that really calls out to me. I felt this in Montréal, I was just walking and stopped and gasped when I saw a Monet painting. I’m very excited to visit the Louvre! Definitely a place you need to keep coming back to because there’s just so much art 🙏
Oh if you love Monet's paintings, there is another museum in the Jardin des Tuileries called Musée de l'Orangerie : you can find the Nymphéas by Monet, a series of beautiful paintings !
The boy who lived
ahahahaha
@@frenchguytheo Excellent video my friend. I love the Louvre and it's amazing to see paintings so vivid that look like they were painted yesterday and then realize they're hundreds of years old. Thank you for the video!
