For me too,Love Scenario comes actually very low in my favourite ikon songs list. It's just that non-fans just know this song and like it so much. Imagine just listening LS made them to like it so much then how much they would like the other songs once they listen to it. Cuz Ikon songs are all bops and highly addictive! This is the only group I know which doesn't have a single bad song. And also the only group in which I am not able to choose a bias. But I'm always sad about the fact that even after being so hardworking, talented all-rounders, they don't get the love and appreciation they deserve. I just searched abt what happened to B.I their former leader and member and i feel bad even tough i don't Stan! No one can say that this song isn't about Hanbin, since all the boys say they had a hard time recording the song because they couldn't stop crying. But I'm proud that even without Hanbin, iKON has continued his signature kind of heartbreak songs that have no anger towards the other person. Their songs are always about reminiscing about the beauty of the past and moving on despite how hard it was and that's why I respect iKON so much; they put out positive and healthy messages about heartbreak and relationships, which honestly is rare in a lot of artists.
Agreed. No matter how often they tried to explain that the song was just 'another' breakup song between a couple, anyone can hardly believe that it wasnt about their brother. Particularly Bobby's part, how he explained on Naver Now, to the members instead and NOT to the camera (as in us, the audience) that he got that the other person left him, but why did it also mean he couldn't even see that person in his dream. #iKON and #Hanbin are truly musicians, they seamlessly 'communicate' with each other through their music. #WhyWhyWhy & #MidnightBlue have somehow become not the typical breakup songs to me, cuz both tracks genuinely portray the efforts made by both sides to not just moving on from the past they once shared together, but most importantly MOVING FORWARD with it. Instead of forgetting that "We" ever happened, both iKON & Hanbin seem to have eventually found the middle ground of this entire situation and expressing their bitterness and gratitude at the same time for the fact that they were once together, it was something precious and gorgeous, and those things, in a way, could be the source of joy they'd find useful and even perhaps empowering in this completely separated journeys they'd embark on ahead.
what i like about iKON, their performances are pleasing to the eyes, yet if we close our eyes and just listen their music, it is also good, they have different color of voices as basic but they do not sing the same, they are singing their own way, that's why they look like telling a story
iKON's vocals were so unique that you can identify who's who and they have their own speciality. But when they combine their vocals and put it on a song, it becomes one. A masterpiece. Like a rainbow ❤️
I agree. Individually their vocal colors stand out and you may think harmonization won't work but as you can see their teamwork shine in contents like this. Probably bc of survival shows (and their entire career as well), they were able to push their limits & get to know each other's strengths & weaknesses more intimately than other groups.
"Why Why Why" is another underrated song from iKON. Although, from what I know, it wasn't written by the members (except for Bobby's rap verse), the simplicity of this song is timeless. I will still listen to it twenty years from now. Plus, the voices of all the vocal lines were superb, and Bobby's soft rap was perfect for the melody, too. Everyone here shines.
The acoustic version is very calming and the feeling is very pronounced. They don't just sing with technique, they know how to make the song feel by listeners. iKON is another level.

No one can say that this song isn't about Hanbin, since all the boys say they had a hard time recording the song because they couldn't stop crying. But I'm proud that even without Hanbin, iKON has continued his signature kind of heartbreak songs that have no anger towards the other person. Their songs are always about reminiscing about the beauty of the past and moving on despite how hard it was and that's why I respect iKON so much; they put out positive and healthy messages about heartbreak and relationships, which honestly is rare in a lot of artists.
Agreed. No matter how often they tried to explain that the song was just 'another' breakup song between a couple, anyone can hardly believe that it wasnt about their brother. Particularly Bobby's part, how he explained on Naver Now, to the members instead and NOT to the camera (as in us, the audience) that he got that the other person left him, but why did it also mean he couldn't even see that person in his dream. #iKON and #Hanbin are truly musicians, they seamlessly 'communicate' with each other through their music.
#WhyWhyWhy & #MidnightBlue have somehow become not the typical breakup songs to me, cuz both tracks genuinely portray the efforts made by both sides to not just moving on from the past they once shared together, but most importantly MOVING FORWARD with it. Instead of forgetting that "We" ever happened, both iKON & Hanbin seem to have eventually found the middle ground of this entire situation and expressing their bitterness and gratitude at the same time for the fact that they were once together, it was something precious and gorgeous, and those things, in a way, could be the source of joy they'd find useful and even perhaps empowering in this completely separated journeys they'd embark on ahead.

what i like about iKON, their performances are pleasing to the eyes, yet if we close our eyes and just listen their music, it is also good,
they have different color of voices as basic but they do not sing the same, they are singing their own way, that's why they look like telling a story

I agree. Individually their vocal colors stand out and you may think harmonization won't work but as you can see their teamwork shine in contents like this. Probably bc of survival shows (and their entire career as well), they were able to push their limits & get to know each other's strengths & weaknesses more intimately than other groups.

"Why Why Why" is another underrated song from iKON. Although, from what I know, it wasn't written by the members (except for Bobby's rap verse), the simplicity of this song is timeless. I will still listen to it twenty years from now. Plus, the voices of all the vocal lines were superb, and Bobby's soft rap was perfect for the melody, too. Everyone here shines.

People only notice him when he’s with the other members. Yunhyeong, I just want to know that you are loved especially by songnims, there may be a few of us but the amount of love we have for you is greater than anything in this world. You deserve all the love. Thank you for always flashing a smile sometimes even at the expense of iKONICS’ sake. I can’t thank you enough for all the things you’ve done to us.
