Not pet friendly I assume > will drop ya an email just the same > will be returning for 3rd time since March last yr .. staying 3+ weeks in March & 4+ weeks in August > hoping to get the much talked about 60 day stamp later this mos > I hear unless you ask for it they're still using the 30 day stamp.

I really like this one and the Wongomat area. Also, I think it is great when you show the surrounding area; what amenities, restaurants, massage, beach are close by!!
I stayed across from there at the Palms, ate at the Blue Siam Restaurant and had the salmon and it was delicious, the only problem is getting to Jomtien were my friends reside is 30 minutes away.

he’s the only beating heart that I know absolutely loves me…sad, but true.
Most places are not pet friendly so I dont mention it unless they actually allow it. (Like I did for Reflection a few weeks ago) Those that do allow pets usually have a limit of very small dogs only. You'll have a very hard time finding a condo that allows a big dog.

I stayed up in Na Kluea, which is adjacent to the Wong Amat area, on my last trip. I explored most of Pattaya, Pratamnak, and Jomtien. But I found I prefer the vibe up on the north end. Although, down Bang Saray way has its appeal too. I prefer being in a bit calmer, laid back environment. I've sowed my wild oats, and now the occasional roll in the hay is more my style. 😉
Love the Sanctuary of Truth, so here is my question... which building in that area has the best high level view of the sanctuary of truth/water WITHOUT HEARING THE NOISE AND COMOTION down there. I'm willing to be a little further away if I can keep the decibels down. Thx!

I bought a condo close to Wongamat beach for $9200 bucks cash. Yeah it ain’t on the beach and it don’t have an elevator so I’m huffing it but I own it free and clear 30sq meter. Love to see more videos on lower end properties and fixer uppers. It’s really easy to find nicer places like this but if you hunt hard you absolutely can find those deals out there. Just make sure it’s not Thai quota and get a lawyer.
