Even you go to the underrated barber shop the same the out come of the expensive barbers shop. You can only pay the minimum 60 pesos or one US dollar.😂😅
Not always so... I went to a cheap barber on my last haircut for 100 pesos and the cut was terrible. 100 is the cheapest I've seen in Manila, I have not seen any for 60 pesos here. But if I ever find one I'll video it haha. Thanks for watching😄

He didn't like the haircut. It wasn't a sniper haircut. It was a KP private haircut. That's why he wore the cap the rest of the video.
